The invention claimed is: 1. A pocket former for use with a stressing end anchor and a concrete form, wherein the concrete form is adapted to contain concrete that encases the stressing end anchor, comprising: a pocket former body, the pocket former body having an outer surface, an outer edge, and an inner edge, the pocket former body being tapered between the outer and inner edges and including at least one longitudinal pocket former bridge, the pocket former bridge being positioned between the outer and inner edges and oriented longitudinally along the pocket former body; and a collapsible element, the collapsible element formed on the outer surface of the pocket former body, the collapsible element extending radially outwardly from the pocket former body; wherein the pocket former is adapted to be positioned between the stressing end anchor and the concrete form so as to prevent or restrict the concrete from filling a space between the stressing end anchor and the concrete form; and wherein the pocket former bridge is adapted to break upon the application of a force on the collapsible element, separating the pocket former body into two or more longitudinal portions and allowing removal of the pocket former from the concrete, thereby leaving a pocket in the concrete. 2. The pocket former of claim 1 , wherein the collapsible element is attached to at least one of the portions. 3. The pocket former of claim 1 , wherein the collapsible element has an exterior surface and wherein the exterior surface of the collapsible element has a curved cross-sectional profile. 4. The pocket former of claim 3 , wherein the collapsible element has a cross-sectional angle α and a longitudinal angle β, and wherein the cross-sectional angle α is smaller than the longitudinal angle β. 5. The pocket former of claim 1 , wherein the pocket former body further comprises a flex feature. 6. The pocket former of claim 1 , wherein the portions are adapted to flex into an interior of the pocket former after separation. 7. The pocket former of claim 4 , wherein the collapsible element is adapted to retract. 8. The pocket form of claim 7 , wherein the collapsible element is adapted to retract upon rotation of the pocket former. 9. A pocket former for use with a stressing end anchor and a concrete form, wherein the concrete form is adapted to contain concrete that encases the stressing end anchor, comprising: a pocket former body, the pocket former body having an outer surface, an outer edge, and an inner edge, the pocket former body being tapered between the outer and inner edges and including a plurality of one pocket former bridges between the outer and inner edges; and a plurality of collapsible elements, each collapsible element being between two pocket former bridges and formed on the outer surface of the pocket former body, each collapsible element extending radially outwardly from the pocket former body; wherein the pocket former is adapted to be positioned between the stressing end anchor and the concrete form so as to prevent or restrict the concrete from filling a space between the stressing end anchor and the concrete form; and wherein the application of force to the pocket former pushes the collapsible element into the pocket former body, thereby causing an inward force that breaks the pocket former bridge, thereby separating the pocket former body into two or more portions and allowing removal of the pocket former from the concrete, thereby leaving a pocket in the concrete. 10. The pocket former of claim 9 wherein the application of a rotational force to the pocket former pushes the collapsible element into the pocket former body, thereby causing an inward force that breaks the pocket former bridge, thereby separating the pocket former body into two or more portions. 11. The pocket former of claim 9 wherein the collapsible element has an exterior surface and wherein the exterior surface of the collapsible element has a curved cross-sectional profile. 12. The pocket former of claim 11 wherein the collapsible element has a cross-sectional angle α and a longitudinal angle β, and wherein the cross-sectional angle α is smaller than the longitudinal angle β. 13. The pocket former of claim 9 wherein the pocket former body further comprises a flex feature.
