The invention claimed is: 1. A fitment comprising: A. a top portion, a base, and a channel extending through the top portion and the base for passage of a flowable material; B. the base comprising a pair of opposing sidewalls, the sidewalls extending around the channel, the sidewalls joined together at opposing ends: and C. at least one sealing rib extending along the sidewalls, the sealing rib comprising an ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer comprising at least 50 mol % ethylene. 2. The fitment of claim 1 wherein the sidewalls define a canoe-shape from bottom plan view. 3. The fitment of claim 1 wherein the base and the sealing rib comprise the ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer. 4. The fitment of claim 1 wherein the top portion, the base, and the rib comprise the ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer. 5. The fitment of claim 1 wherein the base is a co-injected molded component comprising an inner portion composed of a material selected from the group consisting of high density polyethylene and propylene-based polymer, and an outer portion composed of ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer. 6. The fitment of claim 1 wherein the sealing rib is a circumferential rib. 7. The fitment of claim 1 wherein each sidewall has a thickness from 0.2 mm to 3.0 mm. 8. The fitment of claim 1 comprising an overmold component and the sealing rib is an element of the overmold component, the sealing rib adhered to the base. 9. The fitment of claim 8 wherein the overmold component comprises opposing winglets extending from each respective sidewall end, the winglets comprising the ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer. 10. The fitment of claim 8 comprising a rigid component and the top portion and the base are elements of the rigid component. 11. A flexible container comprising: a first multilayer film and a second multilayer film, each multilayer film comprising a seal layer, the multilayer films arranged such that the seal layers oppose each other and the second multilayer film is superimposed on the first multilayer film; a fitment sandwiched between the first multilayer film and the second multilayer film, the fitment having a base, the base comprising a pair of opposing sidewalls, and at least one sealing rib extending along the sidewalls, the sealing rib comprising an ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer comprising at least 50 mol % ethylene; and the base is sealed to the first multilayer film and the second multilayer film. 12. The flexible container of claim 11 wherein the fitment comprises a top portion; and a channel extending through the top portion and the base, the channel for passage of a flowable material. 13. The flexible container of claim 12 wherein the first multilayer film and the second multilayer film are sealed along a common peripheral edge; and the base is sealed to the first multilayer film and to the second multilayer film along a portion of the common peripheral edge. 14. The flexible container of claim 13 wherein the fitment sidewalls define a canoe-shape from bottom plan view. 15. The flexible container of claim 14 wherein the fitment base and the sealing rib each comprise the ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer. 16. The flexible container of claim 15 wherein the top portion, the base and the sealing rib each comprise the ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer. 17. The flexible container of claim 16 comprising an overmold component and the sealing rib is an element of the overmold component, the sealing rib adhered to the base. 18. The flexible container of claim 17 wherein the sealing rib is a circumferential rib. 19. The flexible container of claim 17 wherein the overmold component further comprises opposing winglets extending from each respective sidewall end, the winglets comprising ethylene/α-olefin multi-block copolymer. 20. The flexible container of claim 19 wherein each sidewall has a thickness from 0.2 mm to 3.0 mm.
