What is claimed is: 1. A fuel cell electrode, comprising: a porous metal structure; and a carbon nanotube structure comprising a plurality of carbon nanotubes, the carbon nanotube structure is fixed on a surface of the porous metal structure, wherein the porous metal structure and the carbon nanotube structure are shrunk together to form a plurality of wrinkled parts. 2. The fuel cell electrode of claim 1 , further comprising a material with catalytic property, wherein the material with catalytic property is located on the carbon nanotube structure. 3. The fuel cell electrode of claim 2 , wherein the material with catalytic property is nano-oxides. 4. The fuel cell electrode of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of carbon nanotubes in the carbon nanotube structure forming the plurality of wrinkled parts are extended substantially along a same direction. 5. The fuel cell electrode of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of wrinkled parts are connected to each other to form a continuous structure. 6. The fuel cell electrode of claim 1 , wherein the porous metal structure comprises a plurality of ligaments, and the plurality of ligaments define a plurality of pores. 7. The fuel cell electrode of claim 6 , wherein the ligament is a material selected from a group consisting of silver (Ag), platinum (Pt), gold (Au), and a combination thereof. 8. The fuel cell electrode of claim 1 , further comprising a bonding material, wherein the bonding material is configured to fix the carbon nanotube structure on surface of the porous metal structure. 9. The fuel cell electrode of claim 8 , wherein the bonding material is configured to envelop contacting surfaces between the carbon nanotube structure and the porous metal structure. 10. The fuel cell electrode of claim 8 , wherein the bonding material is an organic binder material or a metal material. 11. The fuel cell electrode of claim 1 , wherein the carbon nanotube structure comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes arranged along a same direction. 12. A fuel cell, comprising: an anode and a cathode, at least one of the anode and the cathode comprising: a porous metal structure; and a carbon nanotube structure comprising a plurality of carbon nanotubes, the carbon nanotube structure is fixed on a surface of the porous metal structure, wherein the porous metal structure and the carbon nanotube structure are shrunk together to form a plurality of wrinkled parts. a container having the anode, the cathode and electrolytes therein; two gas paths located in two sides of the container respectively.
