A condensate neutralizer device for treating a condensate flow, the condensate neutralizer device includes a compartment adapted to receive condensate neutralizing materials therein, the compartment having an inlet end and an outlet end, a plurality of apertures disposed only on a bottom surface of each of the inlet end and the outlet end of the compartment. The compartment is configured to receive the condensate flow traversing upwardly through the plurality of apertures at the inlet end in a direction from the inlet end to the outlet end through the condensate neutralizing materials before allowing a treated flow of the condensate flow to traverse downwardly through the plurality of apertures at the outlet end to exit the compartment as an effluent.

What is claimed herein is: 1. A condensate neutralizer device for treating a condensate flow, said condensate neutralizer device comprising a compartment adapted to receive condensate neutralizing materials therein, said compartment having an inlet end and an outlet end, a plurality of apertures disposed only on a bottom surface of each of said inlet end and said outlet end of said compartment, wherein said compartment is configured to receive the condensate flow traversing upwardly through said plurality of apertures at said inlet end in a direction from said inlet end to said outlet end through the condensate neutralizing materials before allowing a treated flow of the condensate flow to traverse downwardly through said plurality of apertures at said outlet end to exit said compartment as an effluent. 2. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 1 , further comprising a pH meter configured for determining an adequacy of the treated flow of the condensate flow, wherein if the treated flow is determined to be inadequate, an alert is raised. 3. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 1 , further comprising a cut-off switch operably connected to disable a condensate generating device responsible for generating the condensate flow. 4. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 1 , further comprising a container having a second compartment for receiving the effluent, said container comprising at least one tube disposed at an incline, said at least one tube have a top end and a bottom end, said at least one tube is configured to allow an overflow of the treated flow of the condensate to be drained through said top end and directed to a leak detector disposed at said bottom end. 5. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 1 , further comprising a leak detector, a support having a bottom surface comprising a depression in which said leak detector is disposed, said depression is configured to be suitable for inducing capillary actions in a liquid, wherein when said depression comes in contact with the liquid at its periphery, the liquid is drawn to the leak detector to be detected. 6. The condensate neutralizer system of claim 5 , further comprising at least one capillary coming in contact with said depression to increase the opportunity that the liquid comes in contact with said depression and said leak detector. 7. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 1 , further comprising a carbon monoxide (CO) detector configured for detecting the presence of CO surrounding said condensate neutralizer device. 8. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 1 , further comprising a gas detector configured for detecting the presence of a gas surrounding said condensate neutralizer device, the gas is selected from the group consisting of propane and natural gas. 9. A condensate neutralizer device for treating a condensate flow, said condensate neutralizer device comprising: (a) a box comprising a first compartment, an inlet end and an outlet end, a plurality of apertures disposed only on a bottom surface of each of said inlet end and said outlet end of said first compartment, wherein said first compartment is configured for receiving condensate neutralizer materials; and (b) a container comprising a second compartment, an outlet port and an inlet port comprising an enclosure having an opening configured to be coupled to said plurality of apertures disposed on the bottom surface of said inlet end of said first compartment, wherein said box is configured to be disposed within said second compartment and secured in said second compartment such that the only fluid communication between said inlet port and said first compartment occurs through said plurality of apertures disposed on the bottom surface of said inlet end of said first compartment and the condensate flow traverses upwardly through said plurality of apertures at said inlet end in a direction from said inlet end to said outlet end through the condensate neutralizing materials before allowing a treated flow of the condensate flow to traverse downwardly through said plurality of apertures at said outlet end to exit said first compartment as an effluent. 10. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 9 , further comprising a pH meter configured for determining an adequacy of the treated flow of the condensate flow, wherein if the treated flow is determined to be inadequate, an alert is raised. 11. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 9 , further comprising a cut-off switch operably connected to disable a condensate generating device responsible for generating the condensate flow. 12. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 9 , said second compartment comprising at least one tube disposed at an incline, said at least one tube have a top end and a bottom end, said at least one tube is configured to allow an overflow of the treated flow of the condensate to be drained through said top end and directed to a leak detector disposed at said bottom end. 13. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 9 , further comprising a leak detector, a support having a bottom surface comprising a depression in which said leak detector is disposed, said depression is configured to be suitable for inducing capillary actions in a liquid, wherein when said depression comes in contact with the liquid at its periphery, the liquid is drawn to the leak detector to be detected. 14. The condensate neutralizer system of claim 13 , further comprising at least one capillary coming in contact with said depression to increase the opportunity that the liquid comes in contact with said depression and said leak detector. 15. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 9 , further comprising a carbon monoxide (CO) detector configured for detecting the presence of CO surrounding said condensate neutralizer device. 16. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 9 , further comprising a gas detector configured for detecting the presence of a gas surrounding said condensate neutralizer device, the gas is selected from the group consisting of propane and natural gas. 17. The condensate neutralizer device of claim 9 , said second compartment further comprises a tongue-and-groove locator pair, a tongue of said tongue-and-groove locator pair is disposed on one of said second compartment and said box and a groove of said tongue-and-groove locator pair is disposed on the other one of said second compartment and said box, wherein said tongue-and-groove locator pair assists the secure coupling of said box and said second compartment while said box is seated in said second compartment.
