The invention claimed is: 1. A method for manufacturing a water treatment separation membrane, the method comprising: forming an aqueous solution layer comprising an amine compound on a porous support; and bringing an organic solution comprising an acyl halide compound into contact with on the aqueous solution layer to form a polyamide active layer, wherein the organic solution comprises a non-polar solvent and an amphiphilic solvent having a boiling point of 120° C. or more, wherein the amphiphilic solvent comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, and 1,3-butanediol diacetate, and wherein the amphiphilic solvent is comprised in an amount of 0.05 vol % to 10 vol % based on a total volume of the organic solution. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the non-polar solvent is a hydrocarbon solvent having 6 to 13 carbon atoms.
