I claim: 1. A hitch mounting system capable of attaching to a vehicle, the vehicle having a frame and a load bed, the hitch mounting system comprising: at least one rail, the at least one rail being a generally continuous rectangular shaped tubular member, wherein the tubular member comprises at least one end portion formed from the at least one rail, wherein the at least one end portion is deformed in a shape capable of attaching to the frame of the vehicle; at least one mounting aperture located in the at least one rail; at least one receiving member directly mounted in the at least one mounting aperture, the at least one receiving member capable of having secured thereto an accessory; and a bracket, wherein a first portion of the bracket is attachable to the frame of the vehicle and a second portion of the bracket is attached to an underside of the at least one rail. 2. The hitch mounting system of claim 1 further comprising a mid-rail attached to the at least one rail, wherein the mid-rail includes a hitch ball socket, the hitch ball socket capable of having secured thereto a gooseneck hitch ball. 3. The hitch mounting system of claim 1 , wherein the accessory comprises a fifth wheel hitch. 4. A hitch mounting system comprising: first and second rails laterally opposed to one another, the first and second rails being a generally continuous tubular member, wherein each of the first and second rails includes first and second surfaces and a mounting aperture, wherein the mounting apertures are positioned in the first surfaces of the first and second rails; at least one end portion formed from each of the first and second rails, wherein the at least one end portions are angled relative to the first and second rails, respectively, whereby the at least one end portions on each of the first and second rails are formed by deforming the first and second rails such that the second surfaces are angled toward the first surfaces and are capable of attaching to a frame of a vehicle and generally fitting between the frame and a load bed of the vehicle; a receiving member directly mounted within each of the mounting apertures and attached to each of the first and second rails, the receiving members capable of having secured thereto an accessory; and a bracket, wherein a first portion of the bracket is attachable to the frame of the vehicle and a second portion of the bracket is attached to the second surface of the first and second rails. 5. The hitch mounting system of claim 4 , wherein the receiving members are attached to the first surface of the first and second rails, wherein the receiving members are generally flush with the load bed of the vehicle when the first and second rails are attached to the frame of the vehicle. 6. The hitch mounting system of claim 5 , wherein the first and second rails each include a second mounting aperture and a second receiving member, wherein the second receiving members are directly mounted in the second apertures and attached to the first and second rails. 7. The hitch mounting system of claim 4 , further comprising a mid-rail, wherein the mid-rail includes a hitch ball socket, the hitch ball socket capable of having secured thereto a gooseneck hitch ball. 8. The hitch mounting system of claim 7 , wherein the mid-rail is attached between the first and second rails. 9. A hitch mounting system capable of attaching to a vehicle, the vehicle having a frame and a load bed, the hitch mounting system comprising: a rail having opposed end portions and a pair of mounting apertures laterally spaced apart, wherein the end portions are formed from the rail and angled toward a top surface of the rail in a shape capable of attaching to the frame of the vehicle and generally fitting between the frame and the load bed of the vehicle; a pair of receiving members attached to the rail and laterally spaced apart, one of each of the pair of receiving members mounted directly in one of each of the pair of mounting apertures and capable of having secured thereto an accessory; a mid-rail attached with the rail, wherein the mid-rail includes a hitch ball socket, the hitch ball socket capable of having secured thereto a gooseneck hitch ball; and a bracket, wherein a first portion of the bracket is attachable to the frame of the vehicle and a second portion of the bracket is attached to an underside of the rail. 10. The hitch mounting system of claim 9 , wherein the accessory comprises a fifth wheel hitch. 11. The hitch mounting system of claim 9 further comprising a second rail, the second rail having opposed second rail end portions, wherein the second rail end portions are angled toward a top surface of the second rail in a shape capable of attaching to the frame of the vehicle and generally fitting between the frame and the load bed of the vehicle. 12. The hitch mounting system of claim 11 further comprising a second pair of receiving members attached to the second rail and laterally spaced apart, the second receiving members capable of having secured thereto an accessory. 13. The hitch mounting system of claim 12 , wherein the mid-rail is attached between the rail and the second rail. 14. A hitch mounting system capable of attaching to a vehicle, the vehicle having a frame and a load bed, the hitch mounting system comprising: at least one rail, the rail being a generally continuous tubular member; at least one end portion formed from the at least one rail, wherein the at least one end portion is angled toward a top surface of the at least one rail in a shape capable of attaching to the frame of the vehicle and generally fitting between the frame and the load bed of the vehicle; at least one mounting aperture located in the at least one rail; at least one receiving member directly mounted within the at least one mounting aperture and attached to the at least one rail, the at least one receiving member capable of having secured thereto an accessory; and a bracket, wherein a first portion of the bracket is attachable to the frame of the vehicle and a second portion of the bracket is attached to an underside of the at least one rail. 15. A hitch mounting system capable of attaching to a vehicle, the vehicle having a frame and a load bed, the hitch mounting system comprising: at least one rail, the at least one rail being a generally continuous member, the at least one rail having at least one end portion formed from the at least one rail by deforming the at least one rail such that the at least one end portion is angled toward a top surface of the at least one rail and is capable of attaching to the frame of the vehicle; at least one mounting aperture located in the at least one rail; at least one receiving member directly mounted in the at least one mounting aperture, the at least one receiving member capable of having secured thereto an accessory; and a bracket, wherein a first portion of the bracket is attachable to the frame of the vehicle and a second portion of the bracket is attached to an underside of the at least one rail.
