What is claimed: 1. A hybrid solar trim panel, comprising: a solar cell support including a downturned perimeter flange and a corner seal element attached to said downturned perimeter flange; a solar cell array supported on said solar cell support; a mounting element mounting said solar cell support to a surface; and a heat management passageway sandwiched between said solar cell support and said mounting element. 2. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 1 , wherein said solar cell support includes a plurality of ribs underlying and centered on solar cells of said solar cell array. 3. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 2 , wherein said solar cell array is laminated within a protective film. 4. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 3 , wherein said solar cell array is also laminated with an electrical discharge protection film. 5. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 4 , wherein said electrical discharge protective film is selected from a group of protective films consisting of a polyurethane resin film, an ethylene vinyl acetate film and combinations thereof. 6. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 5 , wherein said electrical discharge protection film is a polyvinyl fluoride film. 7. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 1 , wherein said solar cell support is a transparent panel overlying said solar cell array. 8. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 1 , wherein said solar cell array is laminated within a protective film. 9. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 8 , wherein said solar cell array is also laminated with an electrical discharge protection film. 10. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 9 , wherein said electrical discharge protective film is selected from a group of protective films consisting of a polyurethane resin film, an ethylene vinyl acetate film and combinations thereof. 11. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 10 , wherein said electrical discharge protection film is a polyvinyl fluoride film. 12. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 1 , wherein said solar cell array is laminated with an electrical discharge protection film. 13. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 12 , wherein said electrical discharge protective film is selected from a group of protective films consisting of a polyurethane resin film, an ethylene vinyl acetate film and combinations thereof. 14. The hybrid solar trim panel of claim 13 , wherein said electrical discharge protection film is a polyvinyl fluoride film.
