A light-emitting diode display device includes a light-emitting diode and a substrate. The light-emitting diode includes a central axis, and the substrate includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. The central axis is extended through the first connecting portion. The second connecting portion is disposed outside of the first connecting portion and is spaced apart from the first connecting portion by a distance which is greater than zero, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are respectively electrically connected to the light-emitting diode.

What is claimed is: 1. A light-emitting diode display device, comprising: a light-emitting diode, including a central axis; and a substrate including a bottom layer; a first connecting portion disposed on a same side of the bottom layer, wherein the central axis of the light-emitting diode is extended through the first connecting portion; a second connecting portion disposed on the same side of the bottom layer, wherein the second connecting portion is disposed outside of the first connecting portion and is spaced apart from the first connecting portion by a distance which is greater than zero, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are respectively electrically connected to the light-emitting diode; a metal layer disposed on the same side of the bottom layer; and an insulation layer, disposed on the metal layer and being in direct contact with the bottom layer, wherein the metal layer and the insulation layer are extended along a direction which is perpendicular to the central axis; wherein the metal layer is electrically connected to the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion via through holes. 2. The light-emitting diode display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the substrate further includes a groove, configured to contain the light-emitting diode. 3. The light-emitting diode display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the substrate further includes: a first through hole, penetrating the insulation layer, wherein the first through hole is configured to connect the first connecting portion and the metal layer; and a second through hole, penetrating the insulation layer, wherein the second through hole is configured to connect the second connecting portion and the metal layer. 4. The light-emitting diode display device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein a center of curvature of the first connecting portion is located in the first through hole. 5. The light-emitting diode display device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the second connecting portion is a ring structure when viewed along the central axis, the second through hole is a ring structure when viewed along the central axis, the width of the second through hole is less than the width of the second connecting portion, and the second through hole is close to the outside of the second connecting portion. 6. The light-emitting diode display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first connecting portion includes a circular portion and a protruding portion, and the first through hole is disposed under the protruding portion. 7. The light-emitting diode display device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the second connecting portion is an arc structure when viewed along the central axis, and the protruding portion protrudes from the circular portion toward a notch in the arc structure. 8. The light-emitting diode display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the substrate includes a ramp structure adjacent to a boundary of a non-active area and an active area of the substrate. 9. The light-emitting diode display device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the substrate further includes at least one hole and a groove, the hole is disposed in a non-active area of the substrate, the groove is disposed in an active area of the substrate, and the diameter of the hole is less than the diameter of the groove.
