Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

An embodiment of the present invention relates to a lighting device comprising: a light source unit comprising a plurality of light emitting elements; a conversion unit for converting light emitted from the light source unit; a reflection unit for reflecting light which has passed through the conversion unit; and a half mirror member, which is disposed on the top of the reflection unit, for transmitting a portion of incident light and reflecting a portion of the incident light. The conversion unit includes an optical pattern for selectively transmitting light emitted from the light source unit, the light source unit is disposed on a periphery portion of the reflection unit, and the height of the center portion of the reflection unit is greater than the height of the periphery portion thereof.

First claim

The invention claimed is: 1. A lighting device comprising: a light source including a plurality of light emitting elements; an optical pattern unit configured to generate optical patterns from light emitted by the light source; a reflection unit configured to reflect light that passes through the optical pattern unit; and a half mirror member disposed above the reflection unit and configured to transmit a portion of the light and reflect a remaining portion of the light, wherein the optical pattern unit includes an optical pattern configured to selectively transmit the light emitted by the light source, wherein the light source is disposed at an edge of the reflection unit, and wherein a height of a central portion of the reflection unit is higher than a height of the edge. 2. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the light source includes: a first light source configured to emit light from one side of the light source toward a first side surface of the reflection unit; and a second light source configured to emit light from an other side facing the one side toward a second side surface of the reflection unit. 3. The lighting device of claim 2 , wherein, in the reflection unit, the first side surface is in contact with the second side surface at the central portion of the reflection unit, and the first side surface and the second side surface each has a flat or curved surface structure. 4. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the optical pattern unit includes: a diffusion member interposed between the light source and the reflection unit; and an optical pattern member interposed between the diffusion member and the reflection unit and including the optical pattern. 5. The lighting device of claim 4 , wherein the optical pattern includes a plurality of through holes each having a predetermined shape. 6. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the central portion of the reflection unit is spaced apart from a lower surface of the half mirror member. 7. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the half mirror member is disposed above the light source, the optical pattern unit, and the reflection unit. 8. The lighting device of claim 1 , comprising a second diffusion member disposed above the light source. 9. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the edge of the reflection unit is disposed so as to be in contact with the optical pattern unit. 10. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the reflection unit includes the half mirror member. 11. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the reflection unit has a length corresponding to a width in a longitudinal direction of the light source. 12. The lighting device of claim 2 , wherein the reflection unit has a structure in which a space is formed at an inner side of a reflection surface formed by the first side surface and the second side surface. 13. A vehicle lamp comprising the lighting device of claim 1 .
