The present invention relates to a medicament delivery device comprising a drive means configured to act on a medicament container for expelling a medicament; a holding means configured to hold said drive means in a pre-tensioned state; an activation means configured to interact with said holding means for releasing said drive means from the pre-tensioned state; wherein the device further comprises feedback means configured to interact both with said holding means and with said drive means for generating an audible and/or tactile and/or visual signal indicating that the medicament has been completely expelled.

The invention claimed is: 1. An operation member for use with a medicament delivery device, the operation member comprising: an outer surface comprising at least one co-acting member configured to interactively connect to an activation member, wherein the at least one co-acting member comprises at least one groove, the operation member rotatably and coaxially arranged on an extension part, and configured to interactively rotate from a first position to a second position based on an axial movement of the activation member, the first position and the second position corresponding to a pre-tensioned state and a released state of a resilient member, wherein the resilient member is pre-tensioned in an axial direction. 2. The operation member of claim 1 wherein the at least one groove is configured to interactively connect with at least one protrusion of the activation member. 3. The operation member of claim 2 wherein the at least one protrusion of the activation member comprises a radial inwards extending protrusion. 4. The operation member of claim 1 wherein the at least one groove comprises a lock, the lock configured to prevent movement of the activation member. 5. The operation member of claim 4 wherein the lock comprises a flexible tongue configured to lock a radially inward protrusion of the activation member when the radially inward protrusion is moved over the flexible tongue. 6. The operation member of claim 1 , wherein the operation member comprises an inner surface engaged with a flexible tongue of the extension part. 7. The operation member of claim 6 , wherein the flexible tongue of the extension part comprises a radial inward projected protrusion. 8. The operation member of claim 7 , wherein the inner surface of the operation member is configured to allow the flexible tongue to move from projecting radially inward to engage a plunger rod to a radially outward position where the flexible tongue is disengaged from the plunger rod. 9. The operation member of claim 8 , wherein at least one groove of the inner surface of the operation member is configured to allow the flexible tongue to move from projecting radially inward to engage the plunger rod to a radially outward position where the flexible tongue is disengaged from the plunger rod. 10. The operation member of claim 1 wherein the operation member is rotatably and coaxially arranged on a proximal part of the extension part. 11. The operation member of claim 10 , wherein the operation member is configured between a container holder of the medicament delivery device and the extension part at a distal end of a tubular housing of the medicament delivery device. 12. The operation member of claim 1 wherein the operation member maintains the resilient member in a pre-tensioned state prior to activation of the medicament delivery device. 13. The operation member of claim 1 further comprising a lock interactively connecting the operation member to the extension part. 14. The operation member of claim 13 wherein the lock comprises at least one ledge located on an annular surface of the operation member. 15. The operation member of claim 14 further comprising a corresponding lock comprising at least one protrusion on an outer surface of the extension part such that the at least one protrusion on the outer surface of the extension part is abutting the at least one ledge holding the operating member rotatably fixed to the extension part. 16. The operation member of claim 1 wherein the activation member comprises: a front proximal end and a back distal end; a tubular portion provided near the front proximal end of the activation member; and at least two elongated arms extending away from a distal end of the tubular portion of the activation member. 17. The operation member of claim 16 wherein the activation member further comprises at least one guiding element provided along at least one of the at least two elongated arms; such that during an initial, non-activated state of the medicament delivery device, the activation member resides in a first proximal position. 18. The operation member of claim 17 , wherein during an activated state of the medicament delivery device, the at least one guiding element is configured to allow the activation member to move longitudinally from the first proximal position to a first distal position while the activation member is biased under a force of a second resilient member.
