Methods and apparatus to collect impressions associated with over-the-top media devices are disclosed. Example disclosed methods involve receiving, at a first Internet domain, a first request from a first client device, the first request including a client device identifier associated with a second client device, and associating the client device identifier with demographics at the first Internet domain, the demographics corresponding to a user of the first client device. Example disclosed methods involve receiving, at the first Internet domain, a second request from the second client device, the second request indicative of media accessed at the second client device, and storing an impression of the media at the first Internet domain by associating a media identifier obtained from the second request with the demographics based on the same client device identifier being associated with the media identifier in the second request and being associated with the demographics.

What is claimed is: 1. A method, comprising: receiving, at a first server of a first Internet domain, a first request from a user-controlled client device, the first request including an over-the-top device identifier that identifies an over-the-top device that presents media via a media presentation device, the over-the-top device different than the user-controlled client device; associating, by executing an instruction with a processor, the over-the-top device identifier with demographics at the first Internet domain, the demographics corresponding to a user of the user-controlled client device; receiving, at the first server of the first Internet domain, a second request from the over-the-top device, the second request including the over-the-top device identifier and a media identifier indicative of media accessed at the over-the-top device; associating, by executing an instruction with the processor, the media identifier obtained from the second request with the demographics based on the same over-the-top device identifier being associated with the media identifier in the second request and being associated with the demographics; and storing, by executing an instruction with the processor, an impression of the media at the first server of the first Internet domain based on the association. 2. A method as defined in claim 1 , further including receiving aggregate demographic impressions at the first Internet domain from a second server of a second Internet domain, the aggregate demographic impressions including second demographics from the second server of the second Internet domain, the second demographics identified by the second server of the second Internet domain as corresponding to the user of the user-controlled client device. 3. A method as defined in claim 1 , further including, in response to receiving, at the first server of the first Internet domain, the second request from the over-the-top device, forwarding the media identifier indicative of the media accessed at the over-the-top device and a mapping identifier to a database proprietor. 4. A method as defined in claim 1 , further including, in response to receiving the first request from the user-controlled client device, forwarding a mapping identifier to a database proprietor, the mapping identifier to be associated with the demographics. 5. A method as defined in claim 1 , further including receiving, at the first server of the first Internet domain, the demographics associated with the over-the-top device identifier corresponding to the user of the user-controlled client device from a second server of a second Internet domain. 6. A method as defined in claim 1 , wherein the over-the-top device is incorporated into the media presentation device. 7. A method as defined in claim 1 , wherein the first request is at least one of an HTTP request or an HTTPS request, and the second request is an impression request. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first request further includes a cookie of set by an audience measurement entity in the user-controlled client device. 9. An apparatus comprising: a device identifier collector to: receive, at a first server of a first Internet domain, a first request from a user-controlled client device, the first request including an over-the-top device identifier that identifies an over-the-top device that presents media via a media presentation device, the over-the-top device different than the user-controlled client device; and associate the over-the-top device identifier with demographics at the first Internet domain, the demographics corresponding to a user of the user-controlled client device; an impressions collector to: receive, at the first server of the first Internet domain, a second request from the over-the-top device, the second request including the over-the-top device identifier and a media identifier indicative of media accessed at the over-the-top device; associate the media identifier obtained from the second request with the demographics based on the same over-the-top device identifier being associated with the media identifier in the second request and being associated with the demographics; and store an impression of the media at the first server of the first Internet domain based on the association. 10. An apparatus as defined in claim 9 , further including a demographics collector to receive aggregate demographic impressions at the first Internet domain from a second server of a second Internet domain, the aggregate demographic impressions including second demographics from the second server of the second Internet domain, the second demographics identified by the second server of the second Internet domain as corresponding to the user of the user-controlled client device. 11. An apparatus as defined in claim 9 , wherein the impressions collector is to, in response to receiving the second request from the over-the-top device, forward a media identifier indicative of media accessed at the over-the-top device and a mapping identifier to a database proprietor. 12. An apparatus as defined in claim 9 , wherein the impressions collector is to, in response to receiving the first request from the user-controlled client device, forward a mapping identifier to a database proprietor, the mapping identifier to be associated with the demographics. 13. An apparatus as defined in claim 9 , further including a demographics collector to receive, at the first server of the first Internet domain, the demographics associated with the over-the-top device identifier corresponding to the user of the user-controlled client device from a second server of a second Internet domain. 14. An apparatus as defined in claim 9 , wherein the over-the-top device is incorporated into the media presentation device. 15. An apparatus as defined in claim 9 , wherein the first request is at least one of an HTTP request or an HTTPS request, and the second request is an impression request. 16. A tangible computer readable storage medium comprising instructions which, when executed, cause a first server to at least: receive, at a first Internet domain, a first request from a user-controlled client device, the first request including an over-the-top device identifier that identifies an over-the-top device that presents media via a media presentation device, the over-the-top device different than the user-controlled client device; associate the over-the-top device identifier with demographics at the first Internet domain, the demographics corresponding to a user of the user-controlled client device; receive, at the first Internet domain, a second request from the over-the-top device, the second request including the over-the-top device identifier and a media identifier indicative of media accessed at the over-the-top device; associate the media identifier obtained from the second request with the demographics based on the same over-the-top device identifier being associated with the media identifier in the second request and being associated with the demographics; and store an impression of the media at the first Internet domain based on the association. 17. A tangible computer readable storage medium as defined in claim 16 , wherein the instructions cause the first server to receive aggregate demographic impressions at the first Internet domain from a second server of a second Internet domain, the aggregate demographic impressions including second demographics from the second Internet domain, the second demographics identified by the second Internet domain as corresponding to the user of the u
