An anchor holder for concrete decks comprises a body for being inserted into an opening in a metal deck, the body including an outside vertical wall and an opening for receiving an anchor. The body includes arms normally biased extending outwardly from the vertical wall, the arms being collapsible toward the body when the body is inserted into the opening in the metal deck and expanding outwardly after passing the opening to be disposed below the metal deck. A support is attached to the body, the support to engage a top surface of the metal deck to apply an upward force on the body and keep the collapsible arms engaged against an underside of the metal deck when the body is attached to the metal deck.

I claim: 1. An anchor assembly for attaching to a metal deck, comprising: a) a body for being inserted into an opening in a metal deck, said body including an outside vertical wall, said body including an axial opening; b) said body including arms biased extending outwardly from said vertical wall, said arms being collapsible toward said body when said body is inserted into the opening in the metal deck and expanding outwardly after passing the opening to be disposed below the metal deck; c) an anchor received within an upper portion of said body, said anchor including a threaded bore at a bottom end; d) a plug attached to said threaded bore, said plug including a first shoulder; e) a second shoulder disposed within said body, said second shoulder is engageable with said first shoulder and a bottom end of said anchor; and f) a support attached to said anchor to keep said body fastened to the metal deck, said support to apply an upward force on said body and keep said collapsible arms engaged against an underside of the metal deck when said body is attached to the metal deck. 2. An anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein said support includes a nut attached to said anchor, said nut for being tightened against a top side of the metal deck when said body is attached to the metal deck. 3. An anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein: a) said support includes a spring attached to said anchor; and b) said spring is biased toward the metal deck when said body is attached to the metal deck to apply an upward force on said body and keep said collapsible arms engaged against an underside of the metal deck when said body is attached to the metal deck. 4. An anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein said shoulder is circumferential. 5. An anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein said anchor includes outside threads. 6. An anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein said plug is threaded. 7. An anchor assembly for attaching to a metal deck, comprising: a) a body for being inserted into an opening in a metal deck, said body including an outside vertical wall; b) said body including arms biased extending outwardly from said vertical wall, said arms being collapsible toward said body when said body is inserted into the opening in the metal deck and expanding outwardly after passing the opening to be disposed below the metal deck; c) an anchor including a threaded bore at a bottom end; d) a plug integral with said body, said plug is attached to said threaded bore, said body including a base engageable with a bottom end of said anchor; and e) a support attached to said anchor to keep said body fastened to the metal deck, said support to apply an upward force on said body and keep said collapsible arms engaged against an underside of the metal deck when said body is attached to the metal deck. 8. An anchor assembly as in claim 7 , wherein said support includes a nut attached to said anchor, said nut for being tightened against a top side of the metal deck when said body is attached to the metal deck. 9. An anchor assembly as in claim 7 , wherein: a) said support includes a spring attached to said anchor; and b) said spring is biased toward the metal deck when said body is attached to the metal deck to apply an upward force on said body and keep said collapsible arms engaged against an underside of the metal deck when said body is attached to the metal deck. 10. An anchor assembly as in claim 7 , wherein said anchor includes outside threads. 11. An anchor assembly as in claim 7 , wherein said plug is threaded.
