The invention claimed is: 1. A carriage ( 1 ) for a rail-guided conveyor system, comprising a. a carriage body ( 2 ) which is configured for embracing a running rail ( 20 ) and which comprises a first and a second leg ( 4 , 5 ) which are interconnected by a transversely extending connection portion ( 3 ), wherein b. the first leg ( 4 ) includes first rollers ( 6 a,b ) attached to an internal side of the first leg ( 4 ), and c. the second leg ( 5 ) includes second rollers ( 7 a,b ) attached to an internal side of the second leg ( 5 ), wherein the first and the second rollers ( 6 a,b ; 7 a,b ) are vertically disposed and d. the connection portion ( 3 ) includes third rollers ( 8 a,b ) attached to an internal side of the connection portion ( 3 ), wherein the third rollers ( 8 a,b ) are horizontally disposed. 2. The carriage according to claim 1 , further comprising means ( 42 ) for conveying objects ( 43 ) in a suspended or supported manner attached to the connection portion ( 3 ). 3. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the first and the second rollers ( 6 a,b ; 7 a,b ) are disposed in a mirror-symmetrical manner to a vertical symmetry plane ( 45 ) of the carriage ( 1 ). 4. The carriage according to claim 3 , wherein the rotation axes ( 46 ) of the third rollers ( 8 a,b ) lie in a vertical symmetry plane ( 45 ) of the carriage ( 1 ). 5. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the first and the second rollers ( 6 a,b ; 7 a,b ) and the third rollers ( 8 a,b ) each are provided in pairs, wherein the rollers of each pair are disposed sequentially in a running direction of the carriage ( 1 ). 6. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the third rollers ( 8 a,b ) and the first and the second rollers ( 6 a,b ; 7 a,b ) have the same dimensions. 7. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the first and the second rollers ( 6 a,b ; 7 a,b ) and/or the third rollers ( 8 a,b ) each comprise a roller body being injection-moulded around a ball bearing. 8. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the first and the second rollers ( 6 a,b ; 7 a,b ) and the third rollers ( 8 a,b ) are releasably fastened to the carriage body ( 2 ), and are screwed to the carriage body ( 2 ). 9. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the carriage body ( 2 ) is integrally configured. 10. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the carriage ( 1 ) includes at least one coupling element ( 9 a,b ) for the at least temporary coupling to a device for accelerating or for uniformly moving or for braking the carriage, said coupling element ( 9 a,b ) disposed so as to outwardly protrude on the first or the second leg ( 4 , 5 ) or on the connection portion ( 3 ). 11. The carriage according to claim 10 , wherein the carriage ( 1 ) includes two coupling elements ( 9 a,b ) which are disposed in a mirror-symmetrical manner to a vertical symmetry plane ( 45 ). 12. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the carriage ( 1 ) includes at least one elastically deformable buffer body ( 11 a - d ; 12 a,b ) for buffering any contact with a second carriage, said buffer body ( 11 a - d ; 12 a,b ) outwardly protruding from the carriage body ( 2 ) in a running direction of the carriage ( 1 ). 13. The carriage according to claim 12 , wherein the carriage ( 1 ) includes at least one central buffer body ( 12 a,b ) which is centrally attached to the connection portion ( 3 ). 14. The carriage according to claim 1 , wherein the carriage ( 1 ) includes coupling means ( 44 ) by way of which the carriage ( 1 ) may be connected to at least one other carriage so as to form a linked carriage assembly. 15. The carriage according to claim 14 , wherein the carriage ( 1 ) includes at least one elastically deformable buffer body ( 11 a - d ; 12 a,b ) for buffering any contact with a second carriage, said buffer body ( 11 a - d ; 12 a,b ) outwardly protruding from the carriage body ( 2 ) in a running direction of the carriage ( 1 ), and in that the coupling means ( 44 ) are integrated in the buffer body. 16. A conveyor system comprising at least one running rail ( 20 ) and at least one carriage ( 1 ) according to claim 1 , wherein the running rail ( 20 ) and the carriage ( 1 ) are mutually adapted and the running rail ( 20 ) is embraced by the carriage ( 1 ). 17. The conveyor system according to claim 16 , wherein a plurality of carriages ( 1 ) are provided, in that some of the carriages ( 1 ) are configured as transportation trucks ( 40 ) and are loadable with cargo ( 43 ), and some of the carriages ( 1 ) are configured as spacer trucks ( 41 ) and are employable for ensuring a spacing between the transportation trucks ( 40 ). 18. A method for operating a conveyor system according to claim 16 , wherein a plurality of carriages ( 1 ) are provided, and some of the carriages ( 1 ) are loaded with cargo ( 43 ), and some of the carriages ( 1 ) are empty and are employed for configuring a spacing between those carriages that are loaded with cargo ( 43 ). 19. The method according to claim 18 , wherein the carriages ( 1 ) that are loaded with cargo ( 43 ), and the empty carriages ( 1 ) that are employed for configuring a spacing between the former are coupled to one another. 20. The method according to claim 16 , wherein a plurality of carriages ( 1 ) are linked to form at least one coupled carriage assembly. 21. A method according to claim 20 , wherein the load of at least one conveyed item of cargo ( 43 ) is distributed across a plurality of carriages ( 1 ) of the at least one coupled carriage assembly.
