What is claimed is: 1. A vascular disorder treatment system comprising: a delivery tube; a containment device associated with a distal portion of said delivery tube; a pusher distally movable through a lumen of the delivery tube to move said containment device out a distal end of the delivery tube; and a stopper ring affixed to an inner surface of the lumen of the delivery tube spaced apart from the distal end of the delivery tube, the stopper ring preventing distal advancement of the pusher beyond said stopper ring. 2. The system according to claim 1 , wherein said containment device is a containment bag. 3. The system according to claim 2 , wherein said containment bag receives and holds an embolic agent. 4. The system according to claim 3 , wherein said embolic agent includes at least one of a liquid embolic and an embolic coil. 5. The system according to claim 1 , wherein the pusher engages a proximal stem of the containment device with a plunger. 6. The system according to claim 1 , wherein the containment device is positioned near the distal portion of the delivery tube prior to deployment of the delivery tube. 7. The system according to claim 1 , wherein the containment device comprises a plurality of struts surrounding an inner mesh layer. 8. The system according to claim 1 , wherein said containment device comprises a mesh structure. 9. The system according to claim 1 , wherein said containment device is sized to seat at an entrance of a vascular disorder which may include: aneurysm, atrial septal defect, left atrial appendage, and patent foramen ovale. 10. An apparatus for occluding a vascular site comprising: a catheter; a pusher having a plunger attached to a distal end of the pusher; an occlusion protective device positioned within a lumen of the catheter near a distal end of said catheter, said occlusion protective device having a non-deployed state and a deployed state; and a stopper ring affixed to an inner surface of the lumen of the catheter spaced apart from the distal end of the catheter, the stopper ring preventing distal advancement of the plunger beyond said stopper ring. 11. The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein said occlusion protective device is a containment bag. 12. The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the occlusion protective device receives and holds an embolic agent. 13. The apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein said embolic agent includes at least one of a liquid embolic and an embolic coil. 14. The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the occlusion protective device comprises a stem against which the plunger engages. 15. The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein said occlusion protective device comprises a plurality of struts surrounding an inner mesh layer. 16. The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein said occlusion protective device has a mesh structure. 17. The apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein said occlusion protective device is sized to seat at an entrance of a vascular disorder which may include: aneurysm, atrial septal defect, left atrial appendage, and patent foramen ovale.
