The CLOUD-AUTHENTICATED SITE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DEVICES, APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“CASRM”) transforms resource-use, weather, and user settings inputs into resource management schedule and control outputs. The CASRM achieves data transformation via using a building automation management device, comprising at least a processor a memory storing processor-executable instructions to receive, at a virtual cloud network controller, a data packet from a source building resource control device and to access a virtual routing table corresponding to a local virtual network associated with a control entity. The building automation management device may also determine a destination building resource control device based on the virtual routing table and at least one destination address in the data packet, and may send the data packet to the destination building resource control device.

What is claimed is: 1. A building automation management device comprising: a computer processor; and a memory disposed in communication with the computer processor and storing processor-executable instructions to: receive a first registration request from a building resource control computing device; generate a first virtual local network; generate a virtual network node with a virtual local address, the virtual local address corresponding to a first location of the virtual network node within the first virtual local network; map the virtual network node to the building resource control computing device; store first virtual local network and virtual network node information in a database; receive a location modification request for the virtual network node corresponding to the building resource control computing device, the location modification request including instructions to modify the virtual local address of the virtual network node to correspond to a location on a second virtual local network; move the building resource control computing device from the first virtual local network to the second virtual local network via changing the virtual network address of the virtual network node corresponding to the building resource control computing device to a second virtual network address located on the second virtual local network; send a notification indicating the building resource control computing device has been moved to the second virtual network; receive a second registration request for a building resource device; authenticate the second registration request; generate a new virtual network node with a new virtual local address, the new virtual local address corresponding to a location of the new virtual network node within the second virtual local network; map the new virtual network node to the building resource device; link the new virtual network node to the virtual network node corresponding to the building resource control computing device within the second virtual local network; store new virtual network node information in the database; and store permissions in the database to allow the building resource device to be issued instructions from the building resource control computing device, the instructions issued from the building resource control computing device including instructions to alter the settings on the building resource device. 2. The building automation management device of claim 1 , wherein the building resource device is an energy management device, and wherein the settings altered on the building resource device are at least one of lighting settings and/or energy settings for one or more devices connected to the building resource device. 3. The building automation management device of claim 1 , wherein the building resource device and/or a device connected thereto is a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) device, and wherein the settings altered on the building resource device are one of heating, ventilation, or air conditioning settings. 4. The building automation management device of claim 1 , wherein the building resource device comprises a plurality of building resource devices, wherein instructions issued from the building resource control computing device are implemented across the plurality of building resource devices. 5. The building automation management device of claim 1 , wherein the building resource device is a utility device in control of at least one utility resource, and wherein the settings altered on the building resource device are utility resource consumption settings. 6. The building automation management device of claim 5 , wherein the at least one utility resource is one of electric, gas, water, or oil. 7. The building automation management device of claim 1 , wherein the building resource device is substantially similar to the building resource control computing device, and wherein the settings altered on the building resource device include settings to control at least one device other than the building resource device. 8. The building automation management device of claim 1 , wherein the building resource control computing device is associated with a building in a first geographic location and the building resource device is associated with a building in a second geographic location separate from the first geographic location. 9. The building automation management device of claim 1 , wherein the first registration request from the building resource control computing device is authenticated prior to generating the first virtual local network. 10. A building automation management device comprising: a computer processor; and a memory disposed in communication with the computer processor and storing processor-executable instructions to: receive a first registration request from a building resource control computing device; generate a first virtual local network; generate a virtual network node with a virtual local address, the virtual local address corresponding to a first location of the virtual network node within the first virtual local network; map the virtual network node to the building resource control computing device; store first virtual local network and virtual network node information in a database; receive a location modification request for the virtual network node corresponding to the building resource control computing device, the location modification request including instructions to modify the virtual local address of the virtual network node to correspond to a location on a second virtual local network; move the building resource control computing device from the first virtual local network to the second virtual local network via changing the virtual network address of the virtual network node corresponding to the building resource control computing device to a second virtual network address located on the second virtual local network; send a notification indicating the building resource control computing device has been moved to the second virtual network; receive a second registration request for a building resource device; authenticate the second registration request; generate a new virtual network node with a new virtual local address, the new virtual local address corresponding to a location of the new virtual network node within the second virtual local network; map the new virtual network node to the building resource device; link the new virtual network node to the virtual network node corresponding to the building resource control computing device within the second virtual local network; store new virtual network node information in the database; and store permissions in the database to allow the building resource device to be issued instructions from the building resource control computing device, the instructions issued from the building resource control computing device including instructions to alter the settings on the building resource device, wherein the settings altered on the building resource device are at least one of lighting settings and/or energy settings for one or more devices connected to the building resource device. 11. A method for building automation management, comprising: receiving, on a building automation management device, a first registration request from a building resource control computing device; generating, using a computer processer of the building automation management device, a first virtual local network; generating, using the computer processer of the building automation management device, a virtual network node with a virtual local address, the virtual local address corresponding to a first location of the virtual network
