A first organic resin layer is formed over a first substrate; a first insulating film is formed over the first organic resin layer; a first element layer is formed over the first insulating film; a second organic resin layer is formed over a second substrate; a second insulating film is formed over the second organic resin layer; a second element layer is formed over the second insulating film; the first substrate and the second substrate are bonded; a first separation step in which adhesion between the first organic resin layer and the first substrate is reduced; the first organic resin layer and a first flexible substrate are bonded with a first bonding layer; a second separation step in which adhesion between the second organic resin layer and the second substrate is reduced; and the second organic resin layer and a second flexible substrate are bonded with a second bonding layer.

What is claimed is: 1. A portable information terminal comprising: a first flexible substrate; a first bonding layer over the first flexible substrate; a first organic resin layer over the first bonding layer; an insulating layer over the first organic resin layer; a transistor over the insulating layer; and an EL element electrically connected to the transistor, wherein a thickness of the first organic resin layer is less than or equal to 20 μm, and wherein at least a part of a display portion of the portable information terminal comprises a curved surface. 2. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , wherein the first organic resin layer comprises at least one of an epoxy resin, an aramid resin, an acrylic resin, a polyimide resin, a polyamide resin, and a polyamide-imide resin. 3. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , wherein the first bonding layer comprises at least one of an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a silicone resin, and a phenol resin. 4. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , further comprising a color filter over the EL element. 5. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , further comprising: a second organic resin layer over the EL element; a second bonding layer over the second organic resin layer; and a second flexible substrate over the second bonding layer. 6. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , further comprising a band configured to be worn on a wrist. 7. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , further comprising a cylindrical housing, wherein the cylindrical housing is configured to include the display portion by rolling the display portion. 8. The portable information terminal according to claim 1 , further comprising an operation system and an operation button, wherein the portable information terminal is configured to set functions of the operation button by the operation system. 9. A portable information terminal comprising: a first flexible substrate; a first bonding layer over the first flexible substrate; a first organic resin layer over the first bonding layer; an insulating layer over the first organic resin layer; a transistor over the insulating layer; an EL element electrically connected to the transistor; and a touch sensor over the EL element, wherein a thickness of the first organic resin layer is less than or equal to 20 μm, wherein at least a part of a display portion of the portable information terminal comprises a curved surface, and wherein the portable information terminal is configured to perform charging operation by wireless power feeding. 10. The portable information terminal according to claim 9 , wherein the first organic resin layer comprises at least one of an epoxy resin, an aramid resin, an acrylic resin, a polyimide resin, a polyamide resin, and a polyamide-imide resin. 11. The portable information terminal according to claim 9 , wherein the first bonding layer comprises at least one of an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a silicone resin, and a phenol resin. 12. The portable information terminal according to claim 9 , further comprising a color filter over the EL element. 13. The portable information terminal according to claim 9 , further comprising: a second organic resin layer over the EL element; a second bonding layer over the second organic resin layer; and a second flexible substrate over the second bonding layer. 14. The portable information terminal according to claim 9 , further comprising a band configured to be worn on a wrist. 15. The portable information terminal according to claim 9 , further comprising a cylindrical housing, wherein the cylindrical housing is configured to include the display portion by rolling the display portion. 16. The portable information terminal according to claim 9 , further comprising an operation system and an operation button, wherein the portable information terminal is configured to set functions of the operation button by the operation system. 17. A portable information terminal comprising: a first flexible substrate; a first bonding layer over the first flexible substrate; a first organic resin layer over the first bonding layer; an insulating layer over the first organic resin layer; a transistor over the insulating layer; and an EL element electrically connected to the transistor, wherein a thickness of the first organic resin layer is less than or equal to 20 μm, wherein the transistor comprises an oxide semiconductor in a channel formation region, and wherein at least a part of a display portion of the portable information terminal comprises a curved surface. 18. The portable information terminal according to claim 17 , wherein the oxide semiconductor comprises indium and zinc. 19. The portable information terminal according to claim 17 , wherein the first organic resin layer comprises at least one of an epoxy resin, an aramid resin, an acrylic resin, a polyimide resin, a polyamide resin, and a polyamide-imide resin. 20. The portable information terminal according to claim 17 , wherein the first bonding layer comprises at least one of an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a silicone resin, and a phenol resin. 21. The portable information terminal according to claim 17 , further comprising a color filter over the EL element. 22. The portable information terminal according to claim 17 , further comprising: a second organic resin layer over the EL element; a second bonding layer over the second organic resin layer; and a second flexible substrate over the second bonding layer. 23. The portable information terminal according to claim 17 , further comprising a band configured to be worn on a wrist. 24. The portable information terminal according to claim 17 , further comprising a cylindrical housing, wherein the cylindrical housing is configured to include the display portion by rolling the display portion. 25. The portable information terminal according to claim 17 , further comprising an operation system and an operation button, wherein the portable information terminal is configured to set functions of the operation button by the operation system.
