A system that incorporates teachings of the present disclosure may include, for example, a system having a controller to present an overlay combined with a presentation of media content at each of a plurality of computing devices on an electronic communications network to illustrate a collection of one or more commentaries temporally associated with portions of the presented media content where the portions of the presented media content comprises portions of a teleconference workflow meeting, to collect one or more commentaries from each of the plurality of computing devices, and to present the commentaries from the plurality of computing devices. Other embodiments are disclosed.

What is claimed is: 1. A method, comprising: providing, by a processing system including a processor, an overlay with a presentation of media content at a plurality of computing devices during a teleconference meeting, wherein the overlay includes a timeline corresponding to the presentation of media content; receiving, by the processing system, a user-generated comment during the presentation of the media content and the teleconference meeting, wherein the user-generated comment is obtained using text recognition; obtaining, by the processing system, first user-input during the presentation of the media content and the teleconference meeting, wherein the first user-input is obtained using voice recognition; tagging, by the processing system, a first portion of the media content according to the first user-input resulting in a first tagged portion of the media content, wherein the first user-input indicates a first time period of the media content; associating, by the processing system, the user-generated comment to the first tagged portion of the presentation of the media content; obtaining, by the processing system, second user-input during the presentation of the media content and the teleconference meeting; tagging, by the processing system, a second portion of the media content with a task according to the second user-input resulting in a second tagged portion of the media content, wherein the second user-input indicates a second time period of the media content; obtaining, by the processing system, a lack of attention information of a user, wherein a camera coupled to a computing device for the user captures video content of the user during the presentation and teleconference meeting, wherein the plurality of computing devices comprises the computing device, wherein the computing device provides the lack of attention information to the processing system in response to determining that attention of the user does not satisfy a time threshold using image recognition techniques on the video content; tagging, by the processing system, a third portion of the media content with a lack of attention indicator according to the lack of attention information resulting in a third tagged portion of the media content, wherein the lack of attention indicator indicates a third time period; adjusting, by the processing system, the overlay to present a first icon, a second icon, and a third icon to the plurality of computing devices to indicate the first tagged portion, the second tagged portion, and the third tagged portion of the presentation of the media content, wherein the first icon is generated according to the user-generated comment and the first time period, wherein the second icon is generated according to the task and is placed in a position on the timeline according to the second time period, and wherein the third icon is generated according to the lack of attention indicator and placed in a position on the timeline according to the third time period; forwarding, by the processing system, the first tagged portion, the second tagged portion, and the third tagged portion of the presentation of the media content to equipment of the user with the overlay including the timeline, the first icon that indicates the user-generated comment, the second icon that indicates addition of the task, and the third icon that indicates lack of attention by the user, wherein the first icon is selectable to cause presentation of the user-generated comment, wherein the second icon is selectable to cause presentation of the task; and providing, by the processing system, the task to a project management system after the presentation of the media content. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the position of the first icon along the timeline indicates insertion of the user-generated comment at a corresponding time during the presentation of the media content. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the presentation of the media content is viewed by a plurality of users, wherein each user of the plurality of users has a customized icon for insertion in the overlay along the timeline. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein a portion of the media content comprises a portion of the teleconference meeting. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the user-generated comment in the overlay includes a link to additional media content, and wherein the method further comprises presenting, by the processing system, the additional media content via the link in accordance with a selection of the first icon. 6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the additional media content comprises a slide presentation. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the method further comprises collecting, by the processing system, a plurality of user-generated comments from the plurality of computing devices during the presentation of the overlay with the media content. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the method further comprises providing, by the processing system, in the overlay the plurality of user-generated comments collected from the plurality of computing devices, so that the plurality of user-generated comments are viewable by each of a plurality of users. 9. The method of claim 7 , wherein a subset of the plurality of user-generated comments are collected from different computing devices of the plurality of computing devices during presentation of the overlay with the media content at the different computing devices at different times. 10. The method of claim 7 , wherein a subset of the plurality of user-generated comments are collected from different computing devices of the plurality of computing devices during a synchronized presentation at the different computing devices of the overlay with the media content. 11. The method of claim 1 , wherein the time threshold indicates a time period a user's eyes are closed, wherein the image recognition techniques determine that a time the user's eyes have been closed exceeds the time period. 12. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second icon is associated with a segment of the media content that is to be reviewed. 13. A device, comprising: a processing system including a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations comprising: providing an overlay with a presentation of media content at a computing device, wherein the overlay includes a timeline corresponding to the presentation of media content during a teleconference meeting; receiving a user-generated comment during the presentation of the media content and the teleconference meeting, wherein the user-generated comment is obtained using text recognition; obtaining first user-input during the presentation of the media content and the teleconference meeting, wherein the first user-input is obtained using voice recognition; tagging a first portion of the media content according to the first user-input resulting in a first tagged portion of the media content, wherein the first user-input indicates a first time period of the media content; associating the user-generated comment to the first tagged portion of the presentation of the media content; obtaining second user-input during the presentation of the media content and the teleconference meeting; tagging a second portion of the media content with a task according to the second user-input resulting in a second tagged portion of the media content, wherein the second user-input indicates a second time period of the media content; obtaining a lack of attention information of a user, wherein a camera coupled to the computing device for the user captures video content of the user durin
