The invention claimed is: 1. A dump truck comprising: a vehicle body frame; a body supported by the vehicle body frame and configured to be raised and lowered; a plurality of tires provided to the vehicle body frame; a pair of electric motors each configured to drive one of the plurality of tires; and a cooling blower configured to feed a cooling air directly to the pair of electric motors, wherein the vehicle body frame comprises a cross member extending in a vehicle width direction, the cross member having a hollow part and an inflow port for receiving the cooling air, the inflow port being inserted through an outer surface of the cross member to a space between the pair of electric motors in the hollow part and configured to guide the cooling air from the cooling blower to the hollow part, the cooling blower is attached to the inflow port of the cross member, and the hollow part defines a duct that is positioned inside the cross member in the space between the pair of electric motors and that is configured to feed the direct cooling air coming from the cooling blower to the pair of electric motors. 2. The dump truck according to claim 1 , wherein each of the pair of electric motors are housed in the hollow part of the cross member. 3. The dump truck according to claim 2 , wherein the pair of electric motors are supported on an inside of the cross member. 4. The dump truck according to claim 1 , wherein all the tires are configured to be steered. 5. The dump truck according to claim 1 , wherein a pair of the tires are configured to be each independently driven by one of the pair of electric motors. 6. The dump truck according to claim 1 , wherein the cooling blower is attached to a top side of the cross member. 7. The dump truck according to claim 1 , wherein the vehicle body frame further comprises a pair of vertical frames that extends in a vehicle height direction, the cross member extending between the pair of vertical frames, and wherein the cooling blower is positioned between the pair of vertical frames. 8. The dump truck according to claim 1 , wherein the cross member defines outflow openings configured to discharge the cooling air, the outflow openings being provided on both sides of the cross member. 9. A dump truck comprising: a vehicle body frame; a body supported by the vehicle body frame and configured to be raised and lowered; a plurality of tires provided to the vehicle body frame; electric motors each configured to drive one of the plurality of tires; and cooling blowers each configured to feed a cooling air directly to the corresponding electric motors, wherein the vehicle body frame comprises a pair of front and back cross members each comprising a hollow part and an inflow port for receiving the cooling air, the pair of front and back cross members extending in a vehicle width direction at positions of the tires provided to first and second sides of the vehicle body frame in a travel direction in a side view, each of the electric motors is supported on an inside of each of both sides of each of the cross members and is connected via a drive shaft to one of the tires disposed to an outside of both the sides of each of the cross members, each of the cooling blowers is attached to one of the inflow ports of each of the cross members, each inflow port being inserted through an outer surface of the respective cross member to the hollow part, the hollow part of each of the cross members defines a duct that is configured to feed the direct cooling air coming from the respective cooling blower to the corresponding electric motors, all the tires are configured to be steered, and all the tires are configured to be each independently driven by one of the electric motors. 10. The dump truck according to claim 9 , wherein one of the cooling blowers is attached to a top side of each of the cross members. 11. The dump truck according to claim 9 , wherein the vehicle body frame further comprises a pair of front vertical frames and a pair of back vertical frames that each extends in a vehicle height direction, each of the cross members extending between the corresponding pair of vertical frames, and wherein each of the cooling blowers is positioned between the corresponding pair of vertical frames. 12. The dump truck according to claim 9 , wherein each of the cross members defines outflow openings configured to discharge the cooling air, the outflow openings being provided on both sides of each of the cross members.
