The invention claimed is: 1. A pocket former comprising: a pocket former body, the pocket former body having an outer surface; a collapsible element, the collapsible element formed on the outer surface of the pocket former body or coupled thereto, the collapsible element extending radially outwardly from the pocket former body; and a flex feature coupled to the collapsible element adapted to allow flexure between the collapsible element and the pocket former body, wherein the flex feature comprises a thinner portion of pocket former body than the remainder of pocket former body. 2. The pocket former of claim 1 , wherein the flex feature is adapted to allow the collapsible element to bend towards an interior of the pocket former body without separating from the pocket former body. 3. The pocket former of claim 1 , wherein the collapsible element is formed from a different material than the pocket former body. 4. The pocket former of claim 1 , wherein the pocket former body is formed from a flexible material and the collapsible element is formed from a rigid material. 5. The pocket former of claim 1 , wherein the pocket former body and the collapsible element are formed from a rigid material and the flex feature is formed from a flexible material.
