A plant cultivation apparatus includes a lighting device configured to apply artificial light to plants, the lighting device being supported movably in a vertical direction and a height of the lighting device from the plants being adjustable, a projection part projecting from a lateral side of the lighting device, and a light reflector disposed outside the lateral side of the lighting device to reflect light from the lighting device back to the plants, the light reflector including a vertically extending slit that defines a movable range of the lighting device in the vertical direction in which the height of the lighting device from the plants is adjustable.

What is claimed is: 1. A plant cultivation apparatus comprising: a lighting device configured to apply artificial light to plants, the lighting device being supported movably in a vertical direction and a height of the lighting device from the plants being adjustable; a projection part projecting from a lateral side of the lighting device; and a planar light reflector disposed outside the lateral side of the lighting device to reflect light from the lighting device back to the plants, the planar light reflector including a vertically extending slit that defines a movable range of the lighting device in the vertical direction in which the height of the lighting device from the plants is adjustable, the vertically extending slit extending to a top of the planar light reflector. 2. The plant cultivation apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the projection part is a wiring cable configured to supply electricity to the lighting device. 3. The plant cultivation apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the planar light reflector includes a notch at an upper part of the planar light reflector, and a part of a support supporting the lighting device is inserted into the notch. 4. The plant cultivation apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the planar light reflector includes a hanger configured to traverse the vertically extending slit at an upper part of the slit.
