What is claimed is: 1. A wall-mounted washing machine comprising: a tub configured to contain washing water, wherein the tub comprises a tub sidewall and a tub rear panel integrally formed with the tub sidewall, wherein the tub rear panel is operable to serve as a mounting member for mounting on an external wall; a tub front panel coupled to the tub sidewall; a buffer member operable to be disposed between the tub rear panel and the external wall, wherein the buffer member is operable to suppress vibration of the wall-mounted washing machine from being transmitted to the external wall; and coupling members operable to affix the tub rear panel to a surface of the external wall, wherein each of the coupling members comprises: a bolt having one end operable to be inserted through a through-hole in the tub rear panel and affixed to the surface of the external wall; and a nut operable to be attached to another end of the bolt on a front surface of the tub rear panel. 2. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 1 , wherein said coupling members comprise four coupling members operable to affix the tub rear panel on the surface of the external wall at four locations. 3. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of through-holes formed in the tub rear panel, wherein the coupling members are operable to affix the wall-mounted washing machine on the surface of the external wall through the plurality of through-holes. 4. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 3 , wherein the buffer member is disposed between the tub rear panel and the external wall at the plurality of through-holes. 5. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 1 further comprising one or more planar surfaces formed at edges of a rear surface of the tub rear panel, wherein, when the tub rear panel is attached to the external wall, the one or more planar surfaces are operable to contact the external wall. 6. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 1 further comprising a reinforcement unit surrounding the tub sidewall, wherein the reinforcement unit is coupled to both the tub sidewall and the tub rear panel. 7. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 6 , wherein the tub rear panel comprises a reinforcement rib on a rear surface of the tub rear panel, and wherein the reinforcement unit is integral with the reinforcement rib. 8. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 6 , wherein the reinforcement unit protrudes from a front surface of the tub rear panel toward a front side along the tub sidewall, and wherein the reinforcement unit is integral with the tub sidewall. 9. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 8 , wherein the reinforcement unit comprises a curved upper end and formed integrally with the tub sidewall, and wherein a space is formed between the tub sidewall and a sidewall of the reinforcement unit. 10. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 6 , wherein the reinforcement unit is substantially stair-like in shape and disposed between the tub sidewall and the tub rear panel. 11. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 6 , wherein the tub rear panel, the tub sidewall and the reinforcement unit are integrally formed using an inserting and/or an injection molding process. 12. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of reinforcement ribs formed on a rear surface of the tub rear panel and operable to enhance mechanical strength of the tub rear panel. 13. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of radial ribs formed on a rear surface of the tub rear panel, wherein the radial ribs extend from a center of the rear surface to a circumference thereof. 14. The wall-mounted washing machine of claim 13 further comprising a plurality of through-holes in the tub rear panel and configured to receive a plurality of coupling members used for mounting the tub rear panel, and wherein the plurality of radial ribs are respectively spaced apart from the plurality of through-holes in a predetermined distance.
