The invention claimed is: 1. A recombinant Streptomyces expressing tenvermectin A or tenvermectin B, wherein the recombinant Streptomyces (1) has an inactivated or activity-decreased aveD gene, has an inactivated or activity-decreased aveAI gene, and has a functional milAI gene; or (2) has an inactivated or activity-decreased aveAI gene, and has a functional milAI gene. 2. The recombinant Streptomyces according to claim 1 , wherein the recombinant Streptomyces is Streptomyces avermitilis. 3. A method for producing tenvermectin A or tenvermectin B, the method comprising: culturing the recombinant Streptomyces of claim 1 , and recovering tenvermectin A or tenvermectin B from the culture. 4. A method for constructing the recombinant Streptomyces of claim 1 , said method comprising: providing a Streptomyces to be modified; and inactivating the aveAI gene in the Streptomyces to be modified or decreasing the activity thereof, and introducing the functional milAI gene into the Streptomyces to be modified. 5. The method according to claim 4 , wherein the Streptomyces to be modified is Streptomyces avermitilis.
