The invention claimed is: 1. A sound absorbing device comprising: at least one Helmholtz resonator including a first member and a second member, the first member having openings therein, and the second member combining with a part of the first member to form cavities, the first member being pairable with and the second member in a plurality of ways; a sound detector configured to detect sound from a sound source; a moving device configured to move a first one of the first member and the second member relative to a second one of the first member and the second member to pair the first member and the second member in different ones of the plurality of ways; and a controller configured to control driving of the moving device based on a result of detection of the sound by the sound detector. 2. The sound absorbing device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a position detector configured to detect a relative position between the first member and the second member. 3. The sound absorbing device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller is configured to change a frequency of sound absorbed by the at least one Helmholtz resonator by changing which one of the openings of the first member and which one of the cavities of the second member are paired. 4. The sound absorbing device according to claim 3 , wherein the first member includes a sheet member having the openings therein, and the cavities are partitioned with walls in the second member. 5. The sound absorbing device according to claim 3 , wherein one or more of the first member and the second member includes a magnet. 6. The sound absorbing device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a memory configured to store frequencies of sound absorbed by pairing the first member and the second member different ones of the plurality of ways. 7. The sound absorbing device according to claim 1 , wherein the openings include necks each having a different length. 8. The sound absorbing device according to claim 1 , wherein the openings are different in aperture area. 9. The sound absorbing device according to claim 1 , wherein the cavities formed by the first member and the second member are different in volume. 10. An electronic device comprising: the sound absorbing device according to claim 1 ; and the sound source inside the electronic device. 11. An image forming apparatus comprising: an image forming device; and the electronic device according to claim 10 .
