What is claimed is: 1. A medical image providing apparatus comprising: a display; and a controller configured to control the display to display a first medical image of an object including a region of interest (ROI) corresponding to a first partial region in the first medical image, and a first list comprising a plurality of second medical images, each of the plurality of second medical images being a partial image corresponding to the ROI of the first medical image, wherein the plurality of second medical images are different from each other with respect to a medical image reconstruction technique of a plurality of medical image reconstruction techniques used to generate the plurality of second medical images, and are generated by using image data obtained during scanning the object for the first medical image, and the controller is further configured to, in response to a change of the ROI in the first medical image, and control the display to display each of the plurality of second medical images, included in the first list, in correspondence to the changed location of die ROI. 2. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to control the display to display information that corresponding to the plurality of medical image reconstruction techniques used for generating the plurality of second medical images, respectively. 3. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to control the display to display at least one of the plurality of second medical images as an overlay on the first medical image. 4. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of second medical images corresponds to a region included in the ROI. 5. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of second medical images comprises at least one medical image reconstructed from the image data obtained by a computed tomography (CT) protocol. 6. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising an input device configured to receive a user input for selecting the ROI of the first medical image, wherein the controller is further configured to, when the ROI is selected in the first medical image, control the display to display the first list comprising the plurality of second medical images. 7. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to automatically extract a target region for diagnosis from the first medical image and select the target region as the ROI. 8. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to automatically perform an organ segmentation on the first medical image to obtain a segmented region and select the segmented region as the ROI. 9. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to automatically extract a disease suspected region from the first medical image and select the disease suspected region as the ROI. 10. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the first list comprises: a first sub-list comprising at least one protocol; and a second sub-list comprising at least one manipulation menu item for manipulating the ROI of the first medical image. 11. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the first list further comprises at least one additional item obtained or calculated by using the image data obtained by scanning for the first medical image. 12. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to control the display to display a sub-list comprising at least one reconstructed image according to at least one point in time, the at least one reconstructed image corresponding to a protocol of at least one of the plurality of second medical images included in the first list. 13. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising an input device, wherein the controller is further configured to control the display to display a second list including items, and, in response to one of the items being focused on with the input device by a user, display a preview of a reconstructed image, among the plurality of second medical images, corresponding to the one of the items being focused on by the input device. 14. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising an input device configured to receive a selection input, from a user, for a selection of the plurality of second medical images corresponding to a plurality of ROIs being selected in the first medical image, the ROI being one of the plurality of ROIs. 15. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to control the display to display a second list comprising at least one among a plurality of anatomical image items and a plurality of functional image items. 16. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of second medical images include at least a first image generated based on a first protocol and a second image generated based on a second protocol, wherein the controller is further configured to control the display to display the first medical image generated based on the first protocol and to display the ROI as an image generated based on the second protocol, and wherein, in response to a user request, the controller is further configured to control the display to display the first medical image generated based on the second protocol and to display the ROI as an image generated based on the first protocol. 17. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of second medical images include at least a first image generated based on a first protocol and a second image generated based on a second protocol, the controller is further configured to control the display to display the ROI as an image generated based on the first protocol, and control the display to display the ROI as an image generated based on the second protocol in response to the location of the ROI being changed. 18. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the plurality of second medical images is a different type of a medical image than the first medical image and is generated from the image data obtained by applying a same protocol as that of the first medical image. 19. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of second medical images comprises at least one contrast medium image and at least one non-contrast medium image. 20. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the controller is further configured to control the display, when one of the plurality of second medical images is selected, to display the one of the plurality of second medical images as an overlay on the ROI of the first medical image. 21. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of second medical images corresponds to the ROI in a same slice as the first medical image. 22. The medical image providing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the display is further configured to display the first medical image in a first region of the display, and display the plurality of second medical images in a second region of the display that is a separate region from the first region. 23.
