Exemplary embodiments of the present invention relate to a touch technology, and more specifically, to a signal control circuit, a power control circuit, a drive circuit, a timing controller, a touch system, and a touch sensitive display device and a driving method thereof that can simply swing various voltages in a display device for a touch mode period by using a modulated ground voltage obtained by swinging a ground voltage, thereby effectively providing touch driving and preventing unnecessary parasitic capacitance from being generated not only in an active area but also in all other areas.

What is claimed is: 1. A touch sensitive display device comprising: a display panel that comprises a plurality of common electrodes, the common electrodes used for touch electrodes and display electrodes; a driving circuit to supply a common voltage to at least one common electrode of the common electrodes; a first ground wring disposed in the display panel; a second ground wiring to which a non-modulated ground voltage is applied; and a circuit to provide a modulated ground voltage to the first ground wiring, wherein the driving circuit is electrically connected to the at least one common electrode through a signal line, and the driving circuit senses the at least one common electrode of the common electrodes through the signal line to detect a touch. 2. The touch sensitive display device of claim 1 , wherein the driving circuit senses the at least one common electrode to detect the touch during the period in which the modulated ground voltage is provided to the first ground wiring by the circuit. 3. The touch sensitive display device of claim 1 , wherein the driving circuit senses the at least one common electrode supplied with the common voltage. 4. The touch sensitive display device of claim 1 , wherein the modulated ground voltage is a signal to which the non-modulated ground voltage swings. 5. The touch sensitive display device of claim 1 , further comprising a third ground wiring for transmitting the modulated ground voltage output from the circuit to the first ground wiring. 6. The touch sensitive display device of claim 5 , further comprising a multiplexer for electrically connecting the third ground wiring and the circuit, wherein the multiplexer receives the modulated ground voltage from the circuit and the non-modulated ground voltage and supplies one of the modulated ground voltage and the non-modulated ground voltage to the third ground wiring. 7. The touch sensitive display device of claim 1 , wherein pixel electrodes are disposed on the display panel, wherein an electrical field for image display is formed by the common voltage supplied to the at least one common electrode and a pixel voltage applied to each pixel electrode. 8. The touch sensitive display device of claim 1 , wherein the modulated ground voltage has a plurality of pulses. 9. The touch sensitive display device of claim 1 , wherein the driving circuit supplies a data voltage to a plurality of data lines arranged on the display panel. 10. A touch sensitive display device comprising: a display panel that comprises a plurality of common electrodes, the common electrodes used for touch electrodes and display electrodes; a driving circuit to supply a common voltage to at least one common electrode of the common electrodes; a first ground wring disposed in the display panel; a circuit to provide a modulated ground voltage to the first ground wiring; and a level shifter for converting the level of the modulated ground voltage output from the circuit, wherein the driving circuit is electrically connected to the at least one common electrode through a signal line, and the driving circuit senses the at least one common electrode of the common electrodes through the signal line to detect a touch.
