The invention claimed is: 1. An FKBP52 binding molecule having a chemical structure of Formula II wherein R 1 or R 2 are independently and separately selected from H, amino, nitro, halogen, F 5 S, F 3 C, or C1-C3 alkoxy, wherein R 1 and R 2 are not both H; R 3 is independently selected from H or C1-C3 alkyl; R 4 is independently selected from H, C1-C3 alkyl, C1-C3 alkoxy, or hydroxyl; R 5 is independently selected from H, halogen, or C1-C3 alkoxy; and R 6 is independently selected from H, halogen, hydroxyl, and C1-C3 alkoxy, wherein R 6 is not C1 alkoxy, when R 1 or R 2 is chlorine, R 4 is C1 alkoxy and R 5 is hydrogen; and R 5 is not C1 alkoxy when R 1 or R 2 is chlorine, R 4 is C1 alkoxy, and R 6 is hydrogen. 2. The molecule of claim 1 , wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 5 , or R 6 is independently selected from H, F, Cl, or I. 3. The molecule of claim 1 , wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 5 , or R 6 is independently F. 4. A method of treating prostate cancer comprising administering an effective amount of the compound of claim 1 to a subject having prostate cancer.
