According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition for treating Philadelphia chromosome positive lymphocytic leukemia, including a thalidomide derivative and BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor. According to the present invention there is also provided a method of treating Philadelphia chromosome positive lymphocytic leukemia, including administering a thalidomide derivative and a BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor to a patient suffering from Philadelphia chromosome positive lymphocytic leukemia.

We claimed: 1. A pharmaceutical composition for treating Philadelphia chromosome positive lymphocytic leukemia, comprising a BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a thalidomide derivative, wherein the thalidomide derivative is lenalidomide and/or pomalidomide, and the BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor is at least one selected from the group consisting of imatinib, dasatinib, nilotinib and bostinib. 2. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein the Philadelphia chromosome positive lymphocytic leukemia has an IKZF1 gene mutation. 3. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2 , wherein the IKZF1 gene mutation lacks one or more exons. 4. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2 , wherein the IKZF1 gene mutation lacks at least four exons. 5. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2 , wherein the IKZF1 gene mutation is a single allelic mutation. 6. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 , wherein the Philadelphia chromosome positive lymphocytic leukemia is Philadelphia chromosome positive acute lymphocytic leukemia.
