Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A system, method, and wireless earpieces for implementing a virtual assistant. A first virtual assistant for a wireless device is activated in response to receiving a request. A second virtual assistant on the wireless earpieces is executed to retrieve information associated with the request. An action is implemented utilizing the wireless device to fulfill the request utilizing the information.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for implementing a virtual assistant, the method comprising: activating a first virtual assistant for a wireless device in response to receiving a request; executing a second virtual assistant on a pair of wireless earpieces to retrieve information associated with the request; and implementing an action utilizing the wireless device to fulfill the request utilizing the information. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first virtual assistant and the second virtual assistant represent distinct instances of a virtual instance. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first virtual assistant is distinct from the second virtual assistant. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second virtual assistant is included within logic of the wireless earpieces. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the request is for biometric information captured by sensors of the wireless earpieces. 6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving user input for the wireless earpieces to listen for the request, wherein the user input is any of a gesture, voice input, or tactile input. 7. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: searching for the request in response to one or more conditions, locations, or user input being detected. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the request is for biometric information captured by sensors of the wireless earpieces. 9. A wireless earpiece, comprising: a frame for fitting in an ear of a user; a logic engine controlling functionality of the wireless earpiece; a plurality of sensors measuring biometrics and actions associated with the user; a transceiver communicating with at least a wireless device; wherein the logic engine receives a request from a user, executes a virtual assistant on the wireless earpiece, retrieves the biometrics and the actions from the plurality of sensors to be utilized to respond to the request, and implements an action to fulfill the request utilizing the biometrics and the actions, wherein a virtual assistant of the wireless device communicates with the virtual assistant of the wireless earpiece to respond to the request. 10. The wireless earpiece of claim 9 , wherein the request is for the biometrics or actions associated with the user. 11. The wireless earpiece of claim 9 , wherein the logic engine further receives user input for the wireless earpiece to listen for the request, wherein the user input is any of a gesture, voice input, or tactile input. 12. The wireless earpiece of claim 9 , wherein the logic engine searches for the request in response to one or more conditions, locations, or user input being detected. 13. Wireless earpieces comprising: a processor for executing a set of instructions; and a memory for storing the set of instructions, wherein the set of instructions are executed to: receive a request from a user through a plurality of sensors to be implemented by at least the processor of the wireless earpieces, execute a virtual assistant on the wireless earpieces, retrieve user biometrics and the request from the user through the plurality of sensors to be utilized to respond to the request, and implement an action to fulfill the request utilizing the virtual assistant of the wireless earpieces; wherein the action includes a communication to a virtual assistant on a wireless device in communication with the virtual assistant of the wireless earpieces. 14. The wireless earpieces of claim 13 , wherein the request is for the user biometrics. 15. The wireless earpieces of claim 13 , wherein the set of instructions are further executed to: receive user input for the wireless earpieces to listen for the request, wherein the user input is any of a gesture, voice input, or tactile input. 16. The wireless earpieces of claim 13 , wherein the set of instructions is further executed to: search for the request in response to one or more conditions, locations, or user input being detected.
