What is claimed is: 1. A printing apparatus comprising: a printing unit; a display unit; a touch sensor; a human sensor; a power control unit which performs control, based on a detection result of the human sensor, so that power is supplied to a predetermined device of the printing apparatus without lighting up the display unit; a display control unit which lights up the display unit based on a detection result of the touch sensor; and a print control unit which controls, based on a predetermined user operation for a predetermined screen displayed on the display unit, a predetermined device of the printing unit to be driven. 2. The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the print control unit controls the predetermined device of the print unit to be driven, based on the predetermined user operation for a specific button on the predetermined screen. 3. The printing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the predetermined screen is a menu screen including at least a copy button for executing a copy function and a scan button for executing a scan function, and wherein the print control unit controls the predetermined device of the printing unit to be driven, based on the predetermined operation for the copy button on the predetermined screen. 4. The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the print control unit controls the predetermined device of the printing unit to be driven before a print instruction to execute printing is received. 5. The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the predetermined device is a CPU. 6. The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the display unit includes a backlight, and the display control unit lights up the backlight based on the detection result of the touch sensor. 7. The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein when the display control unit lights up the display unit based on a detection result of the touch sensor, the predetermined device of the printing unit is not driven. 8. The printing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the printing unit includes a fixing unit, and wherein the display unit lights up the display unit without driving the fixing unit based on the detection result of the touch sensor, and the print control unit controls, based on the predetermined user operation for the predetermined screen displayed on the display unit, the fixing unit to be driven. 9. The printing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the printing unit includes a heater, and wherein the display unit lights up the display unit without heating the heater based on the detection result of the touch sensor, and the print control unit heats, based on the predetermined user operation for the predetermined screen displayed on the display unit, the heater. 10. The printing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the printing unit includes a polygon mirror, and wherein the display unit lights up the display unit without rotating the polygon mirror based on the detection result of the touch sensor, and the print control unit controls, based on the predetermined user operation for the predetermined screen displayed on the display unit, the polygon mirror to be rotated. 11. The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the human sensor is an ultrasonic sensor. 12. The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the human sensor is an infrared sensor. 13. The printing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the human sensor is a capacitance sensor. 14. A method for controlling a printing apparatus, the method comprising: performing control, based on a detection result of a human sensor, so that power is supplied to a predetermined device without lighting up a display unit; lighting up the display unit based on a detection result of a touch sensor; and driving a predetermined device of a printing unit, based on a predetermined user operation for a predetermined screen displayed on the display unit. 15. A printing apparatus comprising: a printing unit; a display unit; a user operation detection unit which detects a predetermined user operation on the display unit; a human body detection unit which detects a human; and a power control unit which shifts a power state of the printing apparatus from a first power state into a second power state on a basis of a detection result of the human body detection unit and shifts the power state of the printing apparatus from the second power state into a third power state on a basis of a detection result of the user operation detection unit, wherein the first power state is a state in which the display unit is off and power supply to a predetermined device is stopped, wherein the second power state is a state in which the display unit remains off and power is supplied to the predetermined device, and wherein the third power state is a state in which at least the display unit is on. 16. The printing apparatus according to claim 15 , further comprising: a print control unit; wherein the print control unit causes the printing unit to perform predetermined operation on a basis of the user predetermined operation, detected by the user operation detection unit, for a predetermined screen displayed on the display unit. 17. The printing apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein the predetermined user operation for the predetermined screen is an operation of a specific button displayed on the predetermined screen. 18. The printing apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein the printing unit includes a fixing unit, and the print control unit controls the fixing unit to be driven, based on the predetermined user operation, detected by the user operation detection unit, for the predetermined screen displayed on the display unit. 19. The printing apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein the printing unit includes a heater, and the print control unit controls temperature of the heater, based on the predetermined user operation, detected by the user operation detection unit, for the predetermined screen displayed on the display unit. 20. The printing apparatus according to claim 16 , wherein the printing unit includes a polygon mirror, and the print control unit controls the polygon mirror to be rotated, based on the predetermined user operation, detected by the user operation detection unit, for the predetermined screen displayed on the display unit. 21.
