A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having instructions embodied therein that when executed cause a single native mobile application executing on a mobile device to perform a method comprising: browsing, via the single native mobile application executing on said mobile device, a retail item, said browsing is not required to be web-based browsing; authenticating a user, via said single native mobile application executing on the mobile device, prior to providing the user access to a mobile payment capability of said single native mobile application, said authenticating comprising: receiving biometric information from the user, and receiving additional security parameters from a GPS operating on said mobile device, said additional security parameters comprising: a physical location of the mobile device, a time stamp, and a date stamp; determining whether a time identified by the time stamp is within a pre-approved time frame; determining whether a date identified by the date stamp is within the pre-approved time frame, and denying the authenticating of the user if both the time identified by the time stamp and the date identified by the time stamp are outside of the pre-approved time frame; providing, via said single native mobile application executing on the mobile device and after the user is authenticated, a mobile payment for said retail item; and providing, via said single native mobile application executing on the mobile device and via a display of the mobile device, mobile marketing to the user of said mobile device. 2. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein said mobile payment is provided by a virtual credit account. 3. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein said mobile payment is provided by mobile virtual credit account stored on said mobile device through said single native mobile application, and wherein said mobile virtual credit account is issued by a third party. 4. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein said mobile payment is redemption of a loyalty reward provided by said second party. 5. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein said mobile marketing is provided to the single native mobile application executing on said mobile device, to be displayed on a display of said mobile device. 6. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein said mobile marketing comprises mobile coupons displayed on a display of said mobile device. 7. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising: providing a loyalty reward to the user of said mobile device, wherein said loyalty reward is provided via the single native mobile application executing on said mobile device, and displayed on a display of said mobile device. 8. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising: tracking a loyalty reward by said single native mobile application. 9. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising: providing digital receipts of said mobile payment by said single native mobile application. 10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having instructions embodied therein that when executed cause a single native mobile application executing on a mobile device to perform a method comprising: browsing, via said single native mobile application executing on the mobile device, a retail item, said browsing is not required to be web-based browsing; authenticating a user, via said single native mobile application executing on the mobile device, prior to providing the user access to a multi-tender payment capability of said single native mobile application, said authenticating comprising: receiving biometric information from the user, and receiving additional security parameters from a GPS operating on said mobile device, said additional security parameters comprising: a physical location of the mobile device, a time stamp, and a date stamp; determining whether a time identified by the time stamp is within a pre-approved time frame; determining whether a date identified by the date stamp is within the pre-approved time frame; and denying the authenticating of the user if both the date identified by the date stamp and the date identified by the time stamp are outside of the pre-approved time frame; utilizing, via said single native mobile application and after the user is authenticated, multi-tender payments for purchase of said retail item, said multi-tender payments comprising two or more distinct payment types used for said purchase; and tracking, via the single native mobile application operating on the mobile device, a multi-tender loyalty reward. 11. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 10 , wherein said at least one of said two or more distinct payment types used for said purchase is virtual credit account. 12. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 10 , wherein said multi-tender payments are provided by a mobile virtual credit account issued by a party different than said second party. 13. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 10 , wherein said multi-tender payments are provided by said multi-tender loyalty reward. 14. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 10 , further comprising: providing biometric security to access said single native mobile application. 15. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 10 , further comprising: providing digital receipts of said at least one of said two or more distinct payment types used for said purchase by said single native mobile application. 16. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 10 , further comprising: providing mobile marketing via said single native mobile application. 17. A mobile device comprising: a processor; a memory; a display; and a single native mobile application, said single native mobile application to: enable a user to browse a retail item of a first party via said mobile device, said browse is not required to be a web-based browse; authenticate the user prior to providing the user access to a mobile payment capability of said single native mobile application, said authenticate the user comprising: a biometric information received from the user, and additional security parameters received from a GPS operating on said mobile device, said additional security parameters comprising: a physical location of the mobile device, a time stamp, and a date stamp; determine whether a time identified by the time stamp is within a pre-approved time frame; determine whether a date identified by the date stamp is within the pre-approved time frame; and deny an authentication of the user if both the time identified by the time stamp and the date identified by the date stamp are outside of the pre-approved time frame; provide, after the user is authenticated, a mobile payment for the retail item; and provide a mobile marketing, on the display of the mobile device, to the user of said mobile device. 18. The mobile device of claim 17 , wherein said mobile payment is provided by a virtual credit account. 19.
