What is claimed is: 1. A camera module configured to be mounted to an inside of a windshield of a vehicle and to image an external environment of the vehicle, the camera module comprising: a lens unit through which an optical image from the external environment enters; an imager to image the external environment by forming the optical image thereon through the lens unit; a circuit unit configured by combination of an imaging board, on which an imaging circuit to implement image processing on an output from the imager is mounted, with a flexible board connected to the imaging board; a metal camera casing accommodating the circuit unit and connected to the flexible board; and a relay member connected to the flexible board and contacting the metal camera casing, the relay member being located between the metal camera casing and a component connected to the flexible board, the relay member containing a metal filler configured to release heat of the flexible board to the metal camera casing, wherein the relay member is made of a material containing the metal filler mixed with a resin base, wherein the relay member is in contact with the metal camera casing and is connected to the flexible board to form a thermal radiation path therebetween, and wherein the flexible board includes a ground wiring connected to both the circuit unit and the relay member to form an electrically conductive path therebetween. 2. A camera module configured to be mounted to an inside of a windshield of a vehicle and to image an external environment of the vehicle, the camera module comprising: a lens unit through which an optical image from the external environment enters; an imager to image the external environment by forming the optical image thereon through the lens unit; a circuit unit configured by combination of an imaging board, on which an imaging circuit to implement image processing on an output from the imager is mounted, with a flexible board connected to the imaging board; a metal camera casing accommodating the circuit unit to enable to release heat of the flexible board; and a relay member connected to the flexible board and contacting the metal camera casing, the relay member being located between the metal camera casing and a component connected to the flexible board, the relay member containing a metal filler configured to release heat of the flexible board to the metal camera casing, wherein the relay member is made of a material containing the metal filler mixed with a resin base, wherein the relay member is in contact with the metal camera casing and is connected to the flexible board to form a thermal radiation path therebetween, and wherein the flexible board includes a ground wiring connected to both the circuit unit and the relay member to form an electrically conductive path therebetween. 3. The camera module according to claim 1 , wherein the circuit unit includes, in combination with the imaging board and the flexible board, a control board on which a control circuit to control the imager is mounted, and the control board is connected to the imaging board through the flexible board. 4. The camera module according to claim 2 , wherein the circuit unit includes, in combination with the imaging board and the flexible board, a control board on which a control circuit to control the imager is mounted, and the control board is connected to the imaging board through the flexible board. 5. The camera module according to claim 1 , further comprising: a holder defining a space accommodating the imaging board and filled with a filler having a specific property, the specific property being at least one of a thermal radiation property or a conductivity in the space, and the metal camera casing accommodates the holder and is connected to the filler. 6. The camera module according to claim 2 , further comprising: a holder defining a space accommodating the imaging board and filled with a filler having a specific property, the specific property being at least one of a thermal radiation property or a conductivity in the space, and the metal camera casing accommodates the holder and is connected to the filler. 7. The camera module according to claim 6 , wherein the metal camera casing is connected to the imaging board through the flexible board and the filler. 8. The camera module according to claim 6 , wherein at least one of the lens unit or the holder accommodated in the metal camera casing is adhered to the metal camera casing with an adhesive, the adhesive having the specific property and connected to the imaging board. 9. The camera module according to claim 8 , wherein the metal camera casing is connected to the imaging board on which the imager is mounted through the adhesive and the filler. 10. The camera module according to claim 1 , further comprising: a holder accommodating the imaging board, wherein at least one of the lens unit or the holder accommodated in the metal camera casing is adhered to the metal camera casing with an adhesive, the adhesive having a specific property and connected to the imaging board, the specific property being at least one of a thermal radiation property or a conductivity. 11. The camera module according to claim 2 , further comprising: a holder accommodating the imaging board, wherein at least one of the lens unit or the holder accommodated in the metal camera casing is adhered to the metal camera casing with an adhesive, the adhesive having a specific property and connected to the imaging board, the specific property being at least one of a thermal radiation property or a conductivity. 12. The camera module according to claim 8 , wherein the metal camera casing has a through hole through which the lens unit is exposed to an outside of the metal camera casing, and the adhesive fills a space between the through hole and the lens unit. 13. The camera module according to claim 2 , wherein the lens unit includes a wide angle lens. 14. The camera module according to claim 2 , wherein the metal camera casing includes an opposing wall portion having a thermal radiation property and to be located to face the windshield.
