Computationally implemented methods and systems include acquiring a block of encrypted data that corresponds to an image that has been encrypted through use of a unique device code associated with an image capture device configured to capture the image that includes a representation of a feature of an entity, obtaining a privacy metadata that corresponds to a detection of a privacy beacon in the image, said at least one image captured by the image capture device, said privacy beacon associated with the entity, and determining, at least partly based on the obtained privacy metadata, and partly based on a calculation related to the block of encrypted data that corresponds to the whether to allow one or more processes related to the encrypted data block. In addition to the foregoing, other aspects are described in the claims, drawings, and text.

What is claimed is: 1. A system comprising: computer readable memory bearing one or more computer executable instructions; and at least one processor component programmed by the one or more computer executable instructions to execute operations including at least: receiving an image that includes a depiction of a face of an entity, wherein the image includes an indication of a privacy beacon; performing facial recognition with respect to the image to identify the face of the entity depicted in the image; obtaining one or more terms of usage of the image at least partly in response to the indication of the privacy beacon, the one or more terms of usage being adjusted based at least partly on identification of the face of the entity determined through facial recognition; and releasing the image with respect to at least one action in accordance with the one or more terms of usage. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the indication comprises a description. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more terms of usage include one or more conditions. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more terms of usage specify one or more damages. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more terms of usage are associated with the privacy beacon. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more terms of usage are linked with the privacy beacon. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more terms of usage are associated with an address that is linked to the privacy beacon. 8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor component is further programmed to execute an operation comprising: generating the one or more terms of usage. 9. The system of claim 1 , wherein the obtaining one or more terms of usage of the image at least partly in response to the indication of the privacy beacon, the one or more terms of usage being adjusted based at least partly on identification of the face of the entity determined through facial recognition comprises: obtaining one or more terms of usage of the image at least partly in response to the indication of the privacy beacon, the one or more terms of usage being adjusted based at least partly on identification of the face of the entity determined through facial recognition and based at least partly on a net worth of the entity. 10. The system of claim 1 , wherein the privacy beacon is optically-detectable. 11. The system of claim 1 , wherein the privacy beacon is light-emitting. 12. The system of claim 1 , wherein the indication comprises a web address. 13. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more terms of usage are located at a source independent of the privacy beacon. 14. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more terms of usage are transmitted. 15. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more terms of usage are broadcasted. 16. The system of claim 1 , wherein the privacy beacon has been captured in the image. 17. The system of claim 1 , wherein said at least one processor component is further programmed to execute an operation comprising: determining an identity of the privacy beacon. 18. The system of claim 1 , wherein the obtaining one or more terms of usage of the image at least partly in response to the indication of the privacy beacon, the one or more terms of usage being adjusted based at least partly on identification of the face of the entity determined through facial recognition comprises: obtaining one or more terms of usage of the image at least partly in response to the indication of the privacy beacon, the one or more terms of usage being adjusted based at least partly on identification of the face of the entity determined through facial recognition and based at least partly on a determined popularity of the entity. 19. The system of claim 1 , wherein the releasing the image with respect to at least one action in accordance with the one or more terms of usage comprises: enabling viewing of the depiction of the face of the entity in the image. 20. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor component is further programmed to execute an operation comprising: receiving an indication of user acceptance of the one or more terms of usage. 21. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: an active privacy beacon configured to broadcast at least one identification code for detection. 22. The system of claim 1 , wherein the releasing the image with respect to at least one action in accordance with the one or more terms of usage comprises: releasing the image for posting to a social media site in accordance with the one or more terms of usage. 23. The system of claim 1 , wherein the performing facial recognition with respect to the image to identify the face of the entity depicted in the image comprises: performing facial recognition with respect to the image to identify the face of the entity depicted in the image, using a three-dimensional model of a head of the entity. 24. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor component is further programmed to execute operations comprising: monitoring social media to determine popularity of the entity; and automatically adjusting the one or more terms of service based on determined popularity of the entity. 25. The system of claim 1 , wherein the obtaining one or more terms of usage of the image at least partly in response to the indication of the privacy beacon, the one or more terms of usage being adjusted based at least partly on identification of the face of the entity determined through facial recognition comprises: obtaining one or more terms of usage of the image at least partly in response to the indication of the privacy beacon, the one or more terms of usage being adjusted based at least partly on identification of the face of the entity determined through facial recognition and based at least partly on a popularity of the entity on social media. 26. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor component is further programmed to execute an operation comprising: monitoring social media to detect use of the image in violation of the one or more terms of usage. 27. The system of claim 1 , wherein the indication of the privacy beacon serves as a lookup identifier for the one or more terms of usage. 28. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor component is further programmed to execute an operation comprising: matching the privacy beacon. 29. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor component is further programmed to execute an operation comprising: obscuring the face of the entity depicted in the image based at least partly on the one or more terms of usage. 30. The system of claim 1 , wherein the face of the entity is registered as the privacy beacon. 31. The system of claim 1 , wherein the face of the entity includes one or more recognizable feature coordinates that are registered as the privacy beacon. 32. The system of claim 1 , wherein the performing facial recognition with respect to the image to identify the face of the entity depicted in the image comprises: performing facial recognition with respect to the image to identify the face of the entity depicted in the image, using multiple facial images depicting different angles of the f
