The present invention includes compounds useful in preventing or treating cancer in a subject in need thereof. The present invention also includes methods of preventing or treating cancer in a subject in need thereof by administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the invention.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound selected from the group consisting of: a salt or solvate thereof, and any combinations thereof. 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is: a salt or solvate thereof, and any combinations thereof. 3. A composition comprising a compound of claim 1 . 4. The composition of claim 3 , wherein the composition further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 5. The composition of claim 3 , wherein the composition further comprises an additional therapeutic agent. 6. The composition of claim 5 , wherein the therapeutic agent is gemcitabine.
