A divider assembly is shown and described herein. A divider assembly for dividing a stack of sheets, the divider assembly may include a sleeve having a first edge and an opposite second edge. A label display element inserted into the sleeve having at least one label indicia generally aligned along the first edge of the sleeve. At least one divider may include a first edge and an opposite second edge and a tab extending from the first edge. The tab may be extend beyond the first edge of the sleeve such that a user may view the at least one label indicia at a position adjacent and inward relative to the tabs.

Having thus described the invention, we claim: 1. A divider assembly for dividing a stack of sheets, the divider assembly comprising: a sleeve having a first edge and an opposite second edge and configured to receive a label display element into the sleeve, the label display element comprising at least one label indicia generally adjacent to the first edge of the sleeve; at least one divider comprising a body having a first edge and an opposite second edge and a tab extending from the first edge, the first edge and the tab extending beyond the at least one label indicia within the sleeve such that a user views the at least one label indicia through a viewable portion on the body of the at least one divider; and the tab is opaque. 2. The divider assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the sleeve is made of a generally see-through material. 3. The divider assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the viewable portion includes at least one window aperture aligned along the first edge, the window aperture aligns with the at least one label indicia. 4. The divider assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one divider comprises at least eight dividers wherein each of the eight dividers is placed over the sleeve. 5. The divider assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the tab is aligned with the at least one label indicia within the sleeve. 6. The divider assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the body of the divider is made of a generally see-through material. 7. The divider assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the sleeve includes a plurality of apertures to be selectively attached to a binder. 8. A divider assembly for dividing a stack of sheets, the divider assembly comprising: a sleeve having a first edge and an opposite second edge to receive a label display element into the sleeve, the label display element having at least one label indicia generally adjacent the first edge of the sleeve; a plurality of dividers each comprising a body having a first edge and an opposite second edge and a tab extending from the first edge such that the first edge and the tab are configured to extend beyond the at least one label indicia within the sleeve wherein a user views the at least one label indicia through a viewable portion positioned within the body of the at least one divider; and the tab is opaque. 9. The divider assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the sleeve is made of a generally see-through material. 10. The divider assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the plurality of dividers comprises at least eight dividers. 11. The divider assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the tabs of the plurality of dividers are generally aligned with a plurality of label indicia within the sleeve. 12. The divider assembly according to claim 10 , wherein the sleeve includes a plurality of apertures to selectively attach to a binder. 13. The divider assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the bodies of the plurality of dividers include a base portion opposite the first edge, a first side and a second side each extending from the base portion in at least one of a straight configuration, curved configuration, and angled configuration relative to the tabs, wherein each tab is vertically offset to a subsequent tab of a subsequent divider. 14. The divider assembly according to claim 13 , wherein the plurality of dividers include a lateral portion that extends a length that is greater than a tab length of the tabs along a perimeter edge of the divider. 15. The divider assembly according to claim 13 wherein the first side and second side of the plurality of dividers each include a generally curved orientation as they extend between the base portion and the perimeter edge. 16. A method of assembling a divider assembly for dividing a stack of sheets, the method comprising: providing a sleeve having a first edge and an opposite second edge configured to receive a label display element; providing a label display element that includes at least one label indicia; inserting the label display element into the sleeve to generally align the at least one label indicia adjacent the first edge of the sleeve; placing at least one divider over the sleeve, the at least one divider including a body having a first edge and an opposite second edge and a tab extending from the first edge, the first edge and the tab extending beyond the at least one label indicia of the label display element wherein a user views the at least one label indicia through a viewable portion in the body of the at least one divider, wherein said tab is opaque. 17. The method of claim 16 , wherein the at least one divider includes at least one window aperture aligned adjacent the first edge, the window aperture configured to align with the at least one label indicia. 18. The method of claim 16 , placing at least one divider comprises placing a plurality of dividers and aligning the plurality of tabs with the associated indicia within the viewable portion of the dividers. 19. The method of claim 16 , wherein the body of the at least one divider is made from a generally see-through material. 20. The method of claim 18 , wherein the bodies of the plurality of dividers are each formed to include a base portion opposite the first edge, a first side and a second side each extending from the base portion in at least one of a straight configuration, curved configuration, and angled configuration relative to the tabs, wherein each tab is vertically offset to a subsequent tab of a subsequent divider.
