Opening claim text (preview).
The invention claimed is: 1. A re-fillable and re-chargeable vaping system in which the system includes: (a) an electrical power source for re-charging a rechargeable battery in the system; (b) a refilling-device including a user-replaceable reservoir for holding a vapable liquid; (c) an electrical or electronic pump adapted to transfer the vapable liquid from the reservoir to an atomising chamber, the pump delivering a pre-defined or variable quantity of the vapable liquid from the reservoir; the system including a vaping device with a body or casing, the body or casing including a visual indicator that extends or moves along the body or the casing and that indicates consumption of the vapable liquid equivalent to or corresponding to a pre-defined session. 2. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the visual indicator moves or extends down the body of the vaping device away from a mouthpiece. 3. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the visual indicator moves or extends fully to indicate that a single dose of vapable liquid has been consumed. 4. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the visual indicator is a row of LEDs or other indicators and each indicator changes appearance when a single inhalation occurs. 5. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the visual indicator is a row of LEDs or other indicators and the indicator changes appearance when inhalations corresponding to smoking a single cigarette occurs. 6. The vaping system of claim 1 in which a heating coil is arranged longitudinally along the long axis of the vaping device. 7. The vaping system of claim 1 in which a user can control the airflow through the vaping device by manually altering the size of air inlet vents in the vaping device. 8. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the vapable liquid includes nicotine and the vaping device is not a medicinal device but instead a device that in normal use replaces cigarettes, with the vapable liquid being vapourised in the vaping device and the vapour inhaled to replicate or replace the experience of smoking a cigarette. 9. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the refilling device includes a portable case which includes the reservoir for the e-vapable liquid from which the vaping device can be refilled, and in which the vaping device can only, in normal use, be refilled when slotted into or otherwise engaged with the portable case and wherein the portable case is operable to re-fill the vaping device with a single dose of vapable liquid, equivalent to smoking a single cigarette. 10. The vaping system of claim 9 in which the reservoir is in the portable case. 11. The vaping system of claim 9 in which the portable case securely stores the vaping device inside it. 12. The vaping system of claim 9 in which the portable case securely stores the vaping device inside it in a hinged compartment. 13. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the vaping device has the size and shape of a conventional cigarette. 14. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the size and shape of the vaping device is larger than a conventional cigarette. 15. The vaping system of claim 9 in which the portable case is a portable, personal storage and carrying case. 16. The vaping system of claim 9 in which the portable case is a portable, personal storage and carrying case that has the size of a pack of 20 cigarettes. 17. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the visual indicator changes brightness as vapable liquid is consumed. 18. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the visual indicator changes colour as vapable liquid is consumed. 19. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the refilling device is a portable refilling case. 20. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the refilling device is a desktop station. 21. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the session is substantially equivalent to smoking a single cigarette. 22. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the vapable liquid includes nicotine. 23. The vaping system of claim 1 in which the vapable liquid does not include nicotine.
