What is claimed: 1. A mobile phone, comprising: a front cover; a rear cover opposite the front cover and coupled to the front cover; a screen embedded within the front cover; a first camera that, when in a first position, is disposed behind the screen and between the screen and the rear cover such that an orthogonal projection of the first camera onto a plane of the screen lies at least partially within the screen, the first camera not extending out from any part of the surface of the rear cover, and the rear cover having no convex part for the first camera; and a movement mechanism that includes a movable component, the first camera being disposed on the movable component, the movement mechanism being disposed behind the screen, the movable component being configured to drive the first camera to move from the first position to a second position at which the first camera can be seen from in front of the mobile phone, and the first camera being a forward-facing camera. 2. The terminal device according to claim 1 , further comprising a second camera disposed behind the screen. 3. The mobile phone of claim 1 , wherein the movable component is further configured to drive the first camera to move from the second position at which the first camera can be seen from in front of the mobile phone to the first position. 4. The mobile phone of claim 1 , wherein the movement mechanism is disposed on a rear surface of the screen. 5. The mobile phone of claim 1 , wherein the screen is a liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. 6. The mobile phone of claim 1 , wherein the movement mechanism is disposed on any component stacked between a rear surface of the screen and a rear cover of the mobile phone. 7. The mobile phone of claim 1 , wherein the movement mechanism is disposed on an inner surface of the rear cover. 8. The mobile phone of claim 1 , wherein the movement mechanism is a transmission mechanism. 9. A mobile phone, comprising: a front cover; a rear cover coupled to the front cover and including a transparent portion; a screen embedded in the front cover; a first camera that, when in a first position, is disposed between the screen and the rear cover such that an orthogonal projection of the first camera onto a plane of the screen lies at least partially within the screen, the first camera not extending out from any part of the surface of the rear cover, and the rear cover having no convex part for the first camera; a second camera including a lens, the second camera being disposed between the screen and the rear cover, the lens being aligned with the transparent portion, and the second camera being a rear-facing camera; and a movement mechanism that includes a movable component, the first camera being disposed on the movable component, the movement mechanism being disposed behind the screen, the movable component being configured to drive the first camera to move from the first position to a second position at which the first camera can be seen from in front of the mobile phone, and the first camera being a forward-facing camera. 10. A mobile phone, comprising: a front cover; a rear cover coupled to the front cover; a screen embedded in the front cover; a camera that, when in a first position, is disposed between the rear cover and the screen such that an orthogonal projection of the camera onto a plane of the screen lies at least partially within the screen; and a rotating mechanism that includes a shaft and a rotating member configured to rotate about the shaft, the camera being disposed on the rotating member, the shaft being disposed within the mobile phone between the rear cover and the screen, the rotating mechanism being configured to rotate about the shaft in a plane parallel to the plane of the screen to move the camera from the first position between the rear cover and the screen to a second position at which the camera can be seen from in front of the mobile phone, and the shaft extending in a direction perpendicular to the rear cover. 11. The mobile phone of claim 10 , wherein the camera is pointed in a front direction facing the screen when the camera is in the first position. 12. The mobile phone of claim 11 , wherein rotating the camera from the first position to the second position causes the camera to be pointed in a rear direction. 13. The mobile phone of claim 10 , wherein the camera is configured to rotate 180 degrees in rotating from the first position to the second position. 14. The mobile phone of claim 10 , wherein the camera is configured to rotate from the first position to the second position along a left side of the screen. 15. The mobile phone of claim 10 , wherein the camera and the screen face a same direction, and a second camera and the screen face opposite directions. 16. The mobile phone of claim 10 , further comprising a second camera, the camera being a forward-facing camera, and the second camera being a rear-facing camera.
