What is claimed is: 1. A method for drawing a figure on a touch screen of an electronic device, the method comprising: displaying guide information comprising at least one line defining a circular bounded region; while receiving a touch input on the touch screen with respect to the circular bounded region, displaying a first line other than the at least one line based on the guide information, the first line including an arc corresponding to the circular bounded region; displaying supplemental information related to the first line in the circular bounded region, the supplemental information including a numeric measurement related to the first line; displaying a second line other than the at least one line corresponding to at least a part of a radius of the arc in the circular bounded region; displaying a third line other than the at least one line corresponding to at least a part of a radius of the arc in the circular bounded region; and moving the third line according to movement of the touch input. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the guide information is displayed responsive to a second touch input on the touch screen. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein an angle associated with the arc is indicated based on the second line. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second line indicates at least one end of the arc. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the supplemental information includes information for an angle associated with the first line. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein a length of the first line being changeable responsive to receiving the first touch input. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first touch input includes a gesture, and wherein the displaying the first line further comprises displaying the first line according to the gesture. 8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving a selection input related to the first touch input; the displaying the first line comprising displaying the first line fixed in response to the selection input; and removing at least one of the guide information, the supplemental information, the second line and the third line in response to the selection input. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first line contacts the guide information. 10. The method of claim 1 , wherein as the touch input is dragged from a first point to a second point, the guide information is stationary. 11. The method of claim 1 , wherein the guide information is movable based on a received drag input. 12. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a plurality of instructions, wherein execution of the plurality of instructions by one or more processors causes performance of the method of claim 1 . 13. The method of claim 1 , wherein the third line has a first endpoint and a second endpoint and a length, and wherein the third line moves in response to the touch input such that the first endpoint is stationary, the length remains the same, and the second endpoint moves. 14. An electronic device comprising: a touch screen; and a controller operatively coupled with the touch screen and configured to: display guide information comprising at least one line defining a circular bounded region, while receiving a touch input on the touch screen with respect to the circular bounded region, display a first line other than the at least one line based on the guide information, the first line including an arc corresponding to the circular bounded region, display supplemental information related to the first line in the bounded region the supplemental information including a numeric measurement related to the first line, display a second line other than the at least one line corresponding to at least a part of a radius of the arc in the circular bounded region, display a third line other than the at least one line corresponding to at least a part of a radius of the arc in the circular bounded region, and move the third line according to movement of the touch input. 15. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the guide information is displayed responsive to a second touch input on the touch screen. 16. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein an angle associated with the arc is indicated based on the second line. 17. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the second line indicates at least one end of the arc. 18. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the supplemental information includes information for an angle associated with the first line. 19. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein a length of the first line being changeable responsive to receiving the touch input. 20. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the touch input includes a gesture, and wherein displaying the first line further comprises displaying the first line according to the gesture. 21. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the controller is further configured to: receive a selection input related to the touch input, display the first line being fixed in response to the selection input, and remove at least one of the guide information, the supplemental information, the second line and the third line in response to the selection input. 22. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the first line contacts the guide information. 23. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein as the touch input is dragged from a first point to a second point, the guide information is stationary. 24. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the guide information is movable based on a received drag input. 25. The electronic device of claim 14 , wherein the third line has a first endpoint and a second endpoint and a length, and wherein the third line moves in response to the touch input such that the first endpoint is stationary, the length remains the same, and the second endpoint moves.
