A complex harness for a vehicle, configured to be provided from a vehicle body to a wheel, includes a composite cable including a plurality of power wires, each of which includes a center conductor covered with an insulation, and a plurality of signal wires, each of which includes a center conductor covered with an insulation, an outer diameter of each of the signal wires being smaller than an outer diameter of each of the power wires, the plurality of power wires and the plurality of signal wires being integrated by an outer sheath including a thermoplastic urethane. A plurality of clamps for attaching the composite cable to the vehicle body are fixed to an outer periphery of the outer sheath respectively via a plurality of rubber members provided along a part of a longitudinal direction of the composite cable.

What is claimed is: 1. A complex harness for a vehicle, configured to be provided from a vehicle body to a wheel, the complex harness comprising: a composite cable comprising a plurality of power wires, each of which comprising a center conductor covered with an insulation, and a plurality of signal wires, each of which comprising a center conductor covered with an insulation, an outer diameter of each of the signal wires being smaller than an outer diameter of each of the power wires, the plurality of power wires and the plurality of signal wires being integrated by an outer sheath comprising a thermoplastic urethane, wherein a plurality of clamps for attaching the composite cable to the vehicle body are fixed to an outer periphery of the outer sheath respectively via a plurality of rubber members provided along a part of a longitudinal direction of the composite cable, wherein the plurality of signal wires are collectively covered by an inner sheath comprising the thermoplastic urethane, and wherein the plurality of signal wires extend from an end portion of the outer sheath in a state where the plurality of signal wires are collectively covered by the inner sheath. 2. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of power wires extend from the end portion of the outer sheath, and a protecting member comprising a tube or a hose is provided around an extending portion of the plurality of power wires. 3. The complex harness according to claim 2 , wherein the protecting member is shorter than the outer sheath. 4. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein the rubber member comprises an ethylene propylene diene rubber. 5. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein a power wire of the power wires comprises an electric parking brake power wire. 6. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein a signal wire of the signal wired comprises an Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) sensor signal wire. 7. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein a power wire of the power wires comprises an electric brake power wire. 8. The complex harness according to claim 7 , wherein a signal wire of the signal wires comprises an electric brake control signal wire. 9. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein a protecting member comprising a tube or a hose is provided around an extending portion of the plurality of signal wires. 10. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein the inner sheath contacts with the plurality of power wires in a state where a part of the inner sheath is located between the plurality of power wires. 11. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein an end portion of the inner sheath and a sensor portion of an Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) sensor integrated are integrated by a resin mold. 12. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic urethane includes a silane coupling agent added thereto and is crosslinked. 13. The complex harness according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of power wires contact with each other and the plurality of signal wires contact with each other. 14. A harness for a vehicle configured to be attachable to a vehicle body, the harness comprising: a cable comprising a plurality of electric wires comprising a plurality of power wires and plurality of signal wires, each of the plurality of electric wires comprising a center conductor covered with an insulation, and the plurality of electric wires being commonly covered by an outer sheath comprising a thermoplastic urethane; a plurality of ethylene propylene diene rubber members provided along a part of a longitudinal direction of the cable; and a plurality of fixing members for attaching the cable to the vehicle body, wherein the plurality of fixing members are attached to an outer periphery of the outer sheath respectively via the plurality of ethylene propylene diene rubber members provided along the part of the longitudinal direction of the cable, wherein the plurality of signal wires are collectively covered by an inner sheath comprising the thermoplastic urethane, and wherein the plurality of signal wires extend from an end portion of the outer sheath in a state where the plurality of signal wires are collectively covered by the inner sheath. 15. The harness according to claim 14 , wherein the outer sheath is formed by performing an extrusion molding twice. 16. The harness according to claim 14 , wherein the ethylene propylene diene rubber members comprise an ethylene propylene diene rubber in which a compression set occurs less than the compression set in the outer sheath. 17. The harness according to claim 16 , wherein the compression set of the ethylene propylene diene rubber includes creep. 18. A harness for a vehicle configured to be attachable to a vehicle body, the harness comprising: a cable comprising a plurality of electric wires comprising a plurality of power wires and a plurality of signal wires, each of the plurality of electric wires comprising a center conductor covered with an insulation, and the plurality of electric wires being commonly covered by an outer sheath comprising a thermoplastic urethane; and an ethylene propylene diene rubber member provided along a part of a longitudinal direction of the cable, wherein the ethylene propylene diene rubber member comprises a section where a fixing member for attaching the cable to the vehicle body is attached to an outer periphery of the outer sheath, wherein the plurality of signal wires are collectively covered by an inner sheath comprising the thermoplastic urethane, and wherein the plurality of signal wires extend from an end portion of the outer sheath in a state where the plurality of signal wires are collectively covered by the inner sheath. 19. The harness according to claim 18 , wherein an outer diameter of each of the signal wires is smaller than an outer diameter of each of the power wires, the plurality of power wires and the plurality of signal wires being integrated by the outer sheath that comprises the thermoplastic urethane. 20. The harness according to claim 18 , wherein the outer sheath is formed by performing an extrusion molding twice.
