Embodiments of the present invention relate to apparatuses, systems, methods and computer program products for a technology configuration system. Specifically, the system typically provides operational data processing of a plurality of records associated with information technology operational activities, for dynamic transformation of data and evaluation of interdependencies of technology resources. In other aspects, the system typically provides technical language processing of the plurality of records for transforming technical and descriptive data, and constructing categorical activity records. The system may be configured to achieve significant reduction in memory storage and processing requirements by performing categorical data encoding of the plurality of records. The system may employ a dynamic categorical data decoding process, which delivers a reduction in processing time when the encoded records are decoded for evaluating the exposure of technology change events to technology incidents and modifying such technology change events.

What is claimed is: 1. A computerized system for dynamic categorical data decoding, wherein the computerized system provides a data decoding module configured for dynamic decoding and retrieval of encoded data associated with information technology operational activities, comprising: a computer apparatus including at least one processor, at least one memory device, and a network communication device; and categorical data decoding module stored in the at least one memory device comprising computer readable instructions, that when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to: receive a retrieval request for retrieving one or more records from an activity record database from a user device, wherein the activity record database comprises a plurality of encoded records, each encoded record of the plurality of encoded records comprising one or more encoded words associated with a technology operational activity, wherein the retrieval request comprises one or more technology criteria terms; determine a decoding divisor based on the one or more technology criteria terms, wherein the decoding divisor is common to the one or more encoded records of the plurality of encoded records that correspond to the one or more technology criteria terms; retrieve the one or more encoded records of the plurality of records based on the decoding divisor, wherein the encoded words associated with the one or more encoded records are divisible by the decoding divisor; decode, using a categorical data decoding algorithm, for each of the one or more encoded records into one or more decoded records, each of the decoded records being associated with a plurality of data fields comprising binary values regarding the information technology operational activity; and transform, for each decoded record of the one or more decoded record, the binary value associated with at least one data field of the plurality of data fields into technology identifier data. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein determining the decoding divisor based on the one or more technology criteria terms further comprises: determining a numeric value for each term of the one or more technology criteria terms; and determining the decoding divisor based on the combination of the one or more numeric values associated with the one or more technology criteria terms. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein each encoded record of the plurality of encoded records comprises one or more encoded words, each encoded word being associated with binary values of one or more data fields related to a categorical group of one or more categorical groups. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the module further comprises instructions that cause the at least one processor to: determine, for each record of the plurality of records, a categorical group associated with each encoded word of the one or more encoded words of the record; and determine one or more groups of technology criteria terms, such that each group comprises at least one technology criteria term of the one or more technology criteria terms that corresponds to at least one categorical group of the encoded words. 5. The system of claim 4 , wherein retrieving the one or more encoded records of the plurality of records based on the decoding divisor, further comprises: determining a numeric value for each term of the one or more technology criteria terms; and determining, for each group of the technology criteria terms, a sub-divisor, wherein the sub-divisor is associated with the categorical group of the group of the technology criteria terms, wherein each sub-divisor is determined by combining numeric values of the at least one technology criteria term of the group of technology criteria terms, wherein encoded words associated with the at least one technology criteria term are divisible by the sub-divisor; wherein, retrieving the one or more encoded records further comprises, for each record, dividing each encoded word of the one or more encoded word with a sub-divisor of the one or more sub-divisors associated with the corresponding categorical group. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein determining the decoding divisor based on the one or more technology criteria terms further comprises: converting, each encoded word of the one or more encoded words into one or more encoded values, wherein the encoded values are numeric values that when combined represent the encoded word; determining a numeric value for each term of the one or more technology criteria terms and determining a decoding divisor based on combining the one or more numeric values; and retrieving, each record of the one or more encoded records based on determining that the one or more encoded values of the encoded words of the record comprise the numeric values of the one or more technology search terms. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the module further comprises instructions that cause the at least one processor to: determine counts of technology identifier data associated with the one or more retrieved records; and generate one or more technology interfaces comprising the technology identifier data associated with the one or more retrieved records based on the determined counts. 8. A computer program product for dynamic categorical data decoding, wherein the computer program product is configured for dynamic decoding and retrieval of encoded data associated with information technology operational activities, comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions to: receive a retrieval request for retrieving one or more records from an activity record database from a user device, wherein the activity record database comprises a plurality of encoded records, each encoded record of the plurality of encoded records comprising one or more encoded words associated with a technology operational activity, wherein the retrieval request comprises one or more technology criteria terms; determine a decoding divisor based on the one or more technology criteria terms, wherein the decoding divisor is common to the one or more encoded records of the plurality of encoded records that correspond to the one or more technology criteria terms; retrieve the one or more encoded records of the plurality of records based on the decoding divisor, wherein the encoded words associated with the one or more encoded records are divisible by the decoding divisor; decode, using a categorical data decoding algorithm, for each of the one or more encoded records into one or more decoded records, each of the decoded records being associated with a plurality of data fields comprising binary values regarding the information technology operational activity; and transform, for each decoded record of the one or more decoded record, the binary value associated with at least one data field of the plurality of data fields into technology identifier data. 9. The computer program product of claim 8 , wherein determining the decoding divisor based on the one or more technology criteria terms further comprises: determining a numeric value for each term of the one or more technology criteria terms; and determining the decoding divisor based on the combination of the one or more numeric values associated with the one or more technology criteria terms. 10. The computer program product of claim 8 , wherein each encoded record of the plurality of encoded records comprises one or more encoded words, each encoded word being associated with binary values of one or more data fields related to a categorical group of one or more categorical groups. 11.
