Provided is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet having a resin layer on a substrate or a release material, at least a surface (α) of the resin layer being opposite to the side thereof on which the substrate or the release material is provided has pressure sensitive adhesiveness, wherein one or more concave portions exist on the surface (α), and a standard deviation (σ) based on a mean brightness value of the surface (α) is 10.0 or more. When attached to an adherend, the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet can readily remove air accumulation to be formed and therefore exhibits excellent air escape property, and has good pressure sensitive adhesion characteristics.

The invention claimed is: 1. A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, comprising: a resin layer having a surface (α) and a surface (β) on an opposite side with respect to the surface (α); and a substrate or a release material provided on the surface (β) of the resin layer, wherein the resin layer comprises a resin and fine particles having a mean particle size of 0.01 to 100 μm, the fine particles comprise at least one selected from the group consisting of silica particles, metal oxide particles, and smectite particles, wherein the silica particles comprise silica in an amount of 85 to 100% by mass relative to a total amount of the silica particles, the surface (α) of the resin layer has pressure sensitive adhesiveness and has at least one concave portion, and a standard deviation (σ) based on a mean brightness value of the surface (α) is 10.0 or more. 2. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one concave portion is not formed by transferring an emboss pattern. 3. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one concave portion has irregular shapes. 4. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one concave portion is formed through self-formation of the resin layer. 5. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one concave portion has a maximum height difference of 0.5 μm or more. 6. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one concave portion is formed such that a 1 mm×1 mm square region (Q) arbitrarily selected on the surface (α) includes one or more of the at least one concave portion. 7. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one concave portion includes a plurality of concave portions, and 95% or more of the concave portions have different shapes. 8. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one concave portion includes a plurality of concave portions, and positions of the concave portions do not have periodicity. 9. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the resin layer comprises a resin part (X) comprising the resin as a main component and a particle part (Y) comprising the fine particles. 10. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 9 , wherein the resin layer comprises 3 to 90% by mass of the fine particles. 11. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 9 , wherein the fine particles are the silica particles. 12. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the resin layer comprises a layer (Xα) mainly comprising the resin, a layer (Xβ) mainly comprising the resin, and a layer (Y 1 ) positioned between the layers (Xα) and (Xβ) and comprising the fine particles in an amount of 15% by mass or more. 13. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 12 , wherein the layers (Xα) and (Xβ) have different compositions. 14. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , comprising the substrate provided on the surface (β) of the resin layer. 15. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , comprising the release material provided on the surface (β) of the resin layer. 16. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the resin layer further comprises a void. 17. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the resin layer has a thickness of 10 to 75 μm. 18. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the standard deviation (σ) based on a mean brightness value of the surface (α) is 25.0 to 80.0. 19. A viscoelastic layer, comprising: a resin; and fine particles having a mean particle size of0.01 to 100 μm and comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of silica particles, metal oxide particles, and smectite particles, wherein the silica particles comprise silica in an amount of 85 to 100% by mass relative to a total amount of the silica particles, wherein the viscoelastic layer has at least one surface having at least one concave portion, and a standard deviation (σ) based on a mean brightness value of the surface having the at least one concave portion is 10.0 or more. 20. The viscoelastic layer according to claim 19 , wherein the viscoelastic layer comprises a resin part (X) comprising the resin as a main component and a particle part (Y) comprising the fine particles.
