What is claimed is: 1. A staple cartridge assembly, comprising: a cartridge body comprising a deck and a plurality of staple cavities defined in said deck; a plurality of staples removably stored in said staple cavities; and an implantable layer positioned over said staple cavities, wherein said implantable layer comprises: structural fibers weaved into a top surface, a bottom surface, and pillar walls extending between said top surface and said bottom surface, wherein said pillar walls comprise: a first pillar wall; a second pillar wall; and an intermediate pillar wall positioned between said first pillar wall and said second pillar wall; and reinforcement fibers interwoven within said pillar walls. 2. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1 , wherein said reinforcement fibers are interwoven within said top surface and said bottom surface. 3. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1 , wherein said reinforcement fibers are looped around said structural fibers. 4. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1 , wherein said cartridge body further comprises a longitudinal slot configured to receive a cutting member, and wherein said pillar walls extend across said longitudinal slot. 5. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1 , wherein each said structural fiber comprises a longitudinal seam that extends between a proximal end and a distal end of said cartridge body. 6. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 5 , wherein each said reinforcement fiber comprises a lateral seam that extends through at least one of said pillar walls. 7. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1 , wherein said structural fibers are comprised of a first material, and wherein said reinforcement fibers are comprised of a second material which is different than said first material. 8. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 1 , wherein said reinforcement fibers are knotted with said structural fibers. 9. A staple cartridge assembly, comprising: a cartridge body comprising a deck and a plurality of staple cavities defined in said deck; a plurality of staples removably stored in said staple cavities; and an implantable layer positioned over said staple cavities, wherein said implantable layer comprises: structural fibers weaved into a top surface, a bottom surface, and pillar walls extending between said top surface and said bottom surface; reinforcement fibers interwoven within said pillar walls, wherein said reinforcement fibers are looped around said structural fibers; a first compression zone comprising a first density of loops between said reinforcement fibers and said structural fibers; and a second compression zone comprises a second density of loops between said reinforcement fibers and said structural fibers, wherein said second density of loops is greater than said first density of loops. 10. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 9 , wherein said cartridge body further comprises a longitudinal slot configured to receive a cutting member, wherein said first compression zone is aligned with said longitudinal slot, and wherein said second compression zone is aligned with said staple cavities. 11. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 9 , wherein said cartridge body comprises a proximal end and a distal end, wherein said first compression zone is aligned with said proximal end, and wherein said second compression zone is positioned distally with respect to said first compression zone. 12. A staple cartridge assembly, comprising: a cartridge body comprising a deck and a plurality of staple cavities defined in said deck; a plurality of staples removably stored in said staple cavities; and an implantable layer positioned over said staple cavities, wherein said implantable layer comprises: structural fibers weaved into a top surface, a bottom surface, and pillar walls extending between said top surface and said bottom surface; reinforcement fibers interwoven within said pillar walls, wherein said reinforcement fibers are knotted with said structural fibers; a first compression zone comprising a first density of knots between said reinforcement fibers and said structural fibers; and a second compression zone comprises a second density of knots between said reinforcement fibers and said structural fibers, wherein said second density of knots is greater than said first density of knots. 13. A staple cartridge assembly, comprising: a cartridge body comprising a deck and a plurality of staple cavities defined in said deck; a plurality of staples stored in said staple cavities; and an implantable layer positioned over said staple cavities, wherein said implantable layer comprises: interconnected structural walls comprised of interwoven fibers; and pockets defined between said structural walls. 14. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 13 , wherein said structural walls are comprised of: structural fibers weaved into a top surface, a bottom surface, and pillar walls extending between said top surface and said bottom surface; and reinforcement fibers interwoven within said pillar walls. 15. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 14 , wherein said reinforcement fibers are looped around said structural fibers. 16. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 14 , wherein said structural fibers are comprised of a first material, and wherein said reinforcement fibers are comprised of a second material which is different than said first material. 17. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 13 , wherein said cartridge body further comprises a longitudinal slot configured to receive a cutting member, and wherein said structural walls extend across said longitudinal slot. 18. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 13 , wherein said structural walls comprise longitudinal seams that extend between a proximal end and a distal end of said cartridge body. 19. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 18 , wherein said structural walls further comprise lateral seams that extend transversely to said longitudinal seams. 20. A staple cartridge assembly, comprising: a cartridge body comprising a deck and a plurality of staple cavities defined in said deck; a plurality of staples stored in said staple cavities; and an implantable layer positioned over said staple cavities, wherein said implantable layer comprises: interconnected structural walls comprised of interwoven fibers, wherein said structural walls are comprised of: structural fibers weaved into a top surface, a bottom surface, and pillar walls extending between said top surface and said bottom surface; and reinforcement fibers interwoven within said pillar walls, wherein said reinforcement fibers are looped around said structural fibers; pockets defined between said structural walls; a first compression zone comprising a first density of loops between said reinforcement fibers and said structural fibers; and a second compression zone comprising a second density of loops between said reinforcement fibers and said structural fibers, wherein said second density of loops is greater than said first density of loops. 21. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 20 , wherein said cartridge body further comprises a longitudinal slot configured to receive a cutting member, wherein said first compression zone is aligned with said longitudinal slot, and wherein said second compression zone is aligned with said staple cavities. 22. The staple cartridge assembly of claim 20 , wherein said cartridge body comprises a proximal end and a distal e
