The invention claimed is: 1. A heterocyclic compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 3: wherein, in Chemical Formula 3, X is O or S; R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, R2 to R5 are the same as or different from each other, and each independently hydrogen; deuterium; a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group; a substituted or unsubstituted phosphine oxide group; a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroring group including one or more of N, O and S atoms, R6 to R8 are each independently hydrogen, and at least one of R2 to R5 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group; a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; a substituted or unsubstituted phosphine oxide group; or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroring group including one or more of N, O and S atoms. 2. The heterocyclic compound of claim 1 , wherein R2 to R5 are the same as or different from each other, and each dependently hydrogen; an alkenyl group; an aryl group; a phosphine oxide group; or a heteroring group including one or more of N, O and S atoms, wherein the alkenyl group; the aryl group; the phosphine oxide group; and the heteroring group including one or more of N, O and S atoms are unsubstituted or substituted with one, two or more substituents selected from the group consisting of deuterium, a nitrile group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted silane group, a substituted or unsubstituted phosphine oxide group, and a substituted or unsubstituted heteroring group including one or more of N, O and S atoms, or two or more substituents bond to each other to form an aliphatic ring, an aromatic ring, an aliphatic heteroring or an aromatic heteroring, or form a spiro bond. 3. The heterocyclic compound of claim 1 , wherein at least one of R2 to R5 is any one of the following structures: 4. A heterocyclic compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 3: wherein the heterocyclic compound represented by Chemical Formula 3 is represented by any one of the following structures:
