What is claimed is: 1. A toner for developing electrostatic charge image, comprising: a toner particle having a core-shell structure and a binder resin, wherein the binder resin comprises a hybrid crystalline polyester resin, a hybrid amorphous polyester resin, and an amorphous vinyl resin, the hybrid crystalline polyester resin is formed by chemical bonding between a crystalline polyester resin unit and an amorphous vinyl resin unit, the crystalline polyester unit is formed from a monomer composition comprising an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 14 carbon atoms and an aliphatic diol having from to 14 carbon atoms through a condensation reaction, and the amorphous vinyl resin unit of the hybrid crystalline polyester resin is a styrene-acrylic resin unit, the hybrid amorphous polyester resin is formed by chemical bonding between an amorphous polyester resin unit and an amorphous vinyl resin unit, the amorphous polyester resin unit is formed from a monomer composition comprising an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a diol selected from ethylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A or propylene oxide adduct of bisphenol A through a condensation reaction, and the amorphous vinyl resin unit of the hybrid amorphous polyester resin is a styrene-acrylic resin unit, the amorphous vinyl resin is a styrene-acrylic resin, the core contains the hybrid crystalline polyester resin and the amorphous vinyl resin, and the shell contains the hybrid amorphous polyester resin. 2. The toner for developing electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the amorphous vinyl resin unit in the hybrid crystalline polyester resin is from 5 to 30% by mass with respect to a total amount of the hybrid crystalline resin. 3. The toner for developing electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the hybrid crystalline polyester resin in the binder resin is from 10 to 50% by mass with respect to the entire binder resin. 4. The toner for developing an electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein the hybrid crystalline polyester resin is a graft copolymer having the amorphous vinyl resin unit as a main chain and the crystalline polyester resin unit as a side chain. 5. The toner for developing an electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the hybrid crystalline polyester resin in the binder resin is from 3 to 50% by mass with respect to the entire binder resin. 6. The toner for developing an electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the amorphous vinyl resin in the binder resin is from 50 to 97% by mass with respect to the entire binder resin. 7. The toner for developing an electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the hybrid amorphous polyester resin in the binder resin is from 3 to 50% by mass with respect to the entire binder resin. 8. The toner for developing electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the crystalline polyester resin unit in the hybrid crystalline polyester resin is from 50 to 99.9% by mass with respect to a total amount of the hybrid crystalline polyester resin. 9. The toner for developing electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the amorphous polyester resin unit in the hybrid amorphous polyester resin is from 50 to 99.9% by mass with respect to a total amount of the hybrid amorphous polyester resin. 10. The toner for developing electrostatic charge image according to claim 1 , wherein the aromatic dicarboxylic acid is at least one of terephtalic acid or isophtalic acid.
