An input device and an air conditioner including the same, wherein the input device receives operation input of an air conditioner including an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, and the input device includes a display unit, a communication unit to communicate with the indoor unit, and a controller to perform control such that a home screen including a plurality of icon items is displayed on the display unit and to perform control such that at least one selected from between the luminance and the color of the home screen is changed in response to the operation of a power button.

What is claimed is: 1. An input device for receiving operation input of an air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, the input device comprising: a display unit; a communication unit to communicate with the indoor unit; and a controller to perform control such that a home screen displayed on the display unit comprises a plurality of icon items and to perform control such that at least one selected from between a luminance of the home screen and a color of the home screen is changed in response to operation of a power button, wherein, when the power button is operated in a state in which the home screen is displayed in an operation mode, the controller performs control such that the input device enters a standby mode and performs control such that the color of the home screen displayed on the display unit is gray-based and the luminance of the home screen displayed on the display unit is lowered. 2. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein, when the power button is further operated in the standby mode, the controller performs control such that the input device is operated in an off mode and performs control such that the display unit is turned off. 3. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein, when the power button is operated in an off mode, the controller performs control such that the input device enters the operation mode and the home screen displayed on the display unit comprises the plurality of icon items. 4. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein, when the power button is operated in an off mode, the controller performs control such that the input device enters the operation mode and the home screen displayed on the display unit comprises the plurality of icon items, and perform control such that a temperature setting item, among the plurality of icon items, is located and displayed at a central region of the home screen. 5. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein, when the power button is operated in an off mode, the controller performs control such that the input device enters the operation mode and the home screen displayed on the display unit comprises the plurality of icon items, and performs control such that an icon item, among the plurality of icon items, which was last focused before the off mode, is located and displayed at a central region of home screen. 6. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein, when the home screen is displayed, the controller performs control such that a color of a focused item, among the icon items, is changed on a set temperature or a set mode. 7. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller performs control such that the home screen is displayed as an RGB-based image. 8. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller performs control such that a color of a focused item, among the icon items in the home screen, is changed depending on a set temperature or a set mode. 9. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein the communication unit receives temperature information from the indoor unit, and the controller performs control such that the received temperature information is displayed in a temperature setting item in the home screen. 10. The input device according to claim 9 , wherein, when a color of the temperature setting item in the home screen is changed depending on a target temperature, the controller performs control such that the color of the temperature setting item is gradated. 11. The input device according to claim 9 , wherein, when temperature adjustment input is executed in a state in which the temperature setting item in the home screen is focused or selected, the controller performs control such that target temperature information corresponding to the temperature adjustment input is displayed and performs control such that the target temperature information is transmitted to the indoor unit. 12. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein the icon items in the home screen comprise a temperature setting item, an operation mode setting item, a wind intensity setting item, and a menu item, and when the menu item is selected, the controller performs control such that a screen related to any one selected from among an override item, an additional operation item, a zone control item, a lock setting item, a timer item, a setting item, an energy storage item, a schedule item, and a wind direction item is displayed. 13. The input device according to claim 1 , wherein the controller performs control such that a temperature setting item and a ventilation setting item are displayed in one of the icon items. 14. An input device for receiving operation input of an air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, the input device comprising: a display unit; a communication unit to communicate with the indoor unit; and a controller to perform control such that a home screen displayed on the display unit comprises a plurality of icon items and to perform control such that at least one selected from between a luminance of the home screen and a color of the home screen is changed in response to operation of a power button, wherein the display unit comprises a touchscreen-type display, and the controller performs control such that the plurality of icon items in the home screen are shifted and displayed in the response sweep input. 15. An air conditioner comprising: an outdoor unit and an indoor unit; and an input device connected to the indoor unit, wherein the input device comprises: a display unit; a communication unit to communicate with the indoor unit; and a controller to perform control such that a home screen displayed on the display unit comprises a plurality of icon items and to perform control such that at least one selected from between a luminance of the home screen and a color of the home screen is changed in response to operation of a power button, wherein, when the power button is operated in a state in which the home screen is displayed in an operation mode, the controller performs control such that the input device enters a standby mode and performs control such that the color of the home screen is displayed on the display unit is gray-based and the luminance of the home screen displayed on the unit is lowered. 16. The air conditioner according to claim 15 , wherein, when the power button is further operated in the standby mode, the controller performs control such that the input device is operated in an off mode and performs control such that the display unit turns off. 17. The air conditioner according to claim 15 , wherein the communication unit receives temperature information from the indoor unit, and the controller performs control such that the received temperature information is displayed in a temperature setting item in the home screen. 18. The air conditioner according to claim 17 , wherein, when a color of the temperature setting item in the home screen is changed depending on a target temperature, the controller performs control such that the color of the temperature setting item is gradated.
