Embodiments of the present invention relate to apparatuses, systems, methods and computer program products for a technology configuration system. Specifically, the system typically provides operational data processing of a plurality of records associated with information technology operational activities, for dynamic transformation of data and evaluation of interdependencies of technology resources. In other aspects, the system typically provides technical language processing of the plurality of records for transforming technical and descriptive data, and constructing categorical activity records. The system may be configured to achieve significant reduction in memory storage and processing requirements by performing categorical data encoding of the plurality of records. The system may employ a dynamic categorical data decoding process, which delivers a reduction in processing time when the encoded records are decoded for evaluating the exposure of technology change events to technology incidents and modifying such technology change events.

What is claimed is: 1. A computerized system for operational data processing and data interdependency evaluation, wherein the computerized system provides an operational data processor configured for evaluation, modification and quality control of data associated with information technology operational activities, comprising: a computer apparatus including at least one processor, at least one memory device, and a network communication device; and an operational data processor module stored in the at least one memory device comprising computer readable instructions, that when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to: retrieve a plurality of records regarding a plurality of information technology operational activities from an activity record database, wherein each record comprises a plurality of technology elements associated with one of the plurality of information technology operational activities, wherein at least one technology element of the plurality of technology elements of each of the records is associated with at least one technology resource; identify a first record of the plurality of records, associated with a first information technology operational activity, wherein the first record comprises a plurality of first technology elements associated with the first information technology operational activity; parse the plurality of records to identify at least one second record associated with at least one second information technology operational activity, wherein the at least one second record comprises at least one second technology element that is similar to at least one of the plurality of first technology elements; determine a relationship between the first information technology operational activity and the at least one second information technology operational activity, wherein determining the relationship comprises (i) determining that that the first information technology operational activity is a cause of the second information technology operational activity, (ii) determining that at least one technology resource associated with the first information technology operational activity is influenced by the second information technology operational activity, and/or (iii) determining that at least one technology resource associated with the first information technology operational activity and at least one technology resource associated with the second information technology operational activity has a similar operation shift; update the first record with the determined relationship between the first information technology operational activity and the at least one second information technology operational activity; initiate transmission of an alert to a user device, wherein the alert comprises a presentation of the determined relationship between the first information technology operational activity and the at least one second information technology operational activity; and modify data associated with the first record of the plurality of records stored in the activity record database, wherein modifying further comprises: analyzing the plurality of technology elements associated with the first record to identify at least one defective technology element comprising defective data, wherein defective data comprises (i) missing data, (ii) incomplete data, and/or (iii) inconsistent data; identifying a type of modified data required for the at least one defective technology element based on retrieved data quality rules from a data quality database; retrieving one or more records of the plurality of records regarding information technology operational activities from the activity record database based at least on the type of modified data, wherein the one or more records comprise at least one technology resource associated with the at least one technology resource of the first information technology operational activity; determining the modified data for the at least one defective technology element based on the one or more records of the historical information technology operational activities and retrieved inference rules from an inference database; and updating, in real-time, the first record stored in the activity record database with the modified data. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operational data processor module further comprises instructions that cause the at least one processor to apply complementary rules to the determined modified data, wherein the complementary rules are configured to verify the determined modified data determined based on the inference rules, identify conflicting data, and/or identify obsolete relationships. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the first information technology operational activity is a technology change activity and wherein the at least one second information technology activity is a technology incident. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one technology resource comprises system hardware, technology devices, technology applications, operating systems, servers, networks, databases and/or technology processes. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operational data processor module further comprises instructions that cause the at least one processor to update the at least one second record with the determined relationship between the first information technology operational activity and the at least one second information technology operational activity. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operational data processor module further comprises instructions that cause the at least one processor to: receive user relationship from the user via the user device, wherein the user relationship is a relationship between the first information technology operational activity and the at least one second information technology operational activity identified by the user; and transmit a confirmation of the user relationship to the user device, based on determining the user relationship is the same as the determined relationship. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operational data processor module further comprises instructions that cause the at least one processor to: determine a categorical context associated with the first information technology operational activity; and construct a new categorical activity record associated with the first information technology operational activity, based on the categorical context, wherein the new categorical activity record comprises a plurality of data fields associated with a plurality of technology identifiers retrieved from a categorical context database. 8. A computer program product for operational data processing and data interdependency evaluation, wherein the computer program product is configured for evaluation, modification and quality control of data associated with information technology operational activities, comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions to: retrieve a plurality of records regarding a plurality of information technology operational activities from an activity record database, wherein each record comprises a plurality of technology elements associated with one of the plurality of information technology operational activities, wherein at least one technology element of the plurality of technology elements of each of the records is associated with at least one technology resource; identify a first record of the plurality of records, associated with a first information technology operational activity, wherein the first record comprises a plurality of first technology elements associated with the first information technology operational activity; parse the plurality of records to identify at least one second record associated with a
