What is claimed is: 1. A phototherapy device comprising: a wearable therapeutic lamp platform including a plurality of radiant lamps configured to emit radiant energy at three or more wavelengths, and a reflective wall including a plurality of radiant energy communication areas aligned with the radiant lamps and disposed to communicate the radiant energy through all or part of the plurality of radiant energy communication areas to a first user treatment area and a second user treatment area associated with a user's facial region, the plurality of radiant lamps completely recessed from an external reflective surface of the reflective wall which is directed towards the first and second user treatment areas, and the plurality of radiant lamps further disposed to provide a first radiant therapy treatment session emitting radiant energy at a first set of two or more wavelengths to the first user treatment area, and a second treatment session emitting radiant energy at a second set of two or more wavelengths distinct from the first set of two or more wavelengths, and the reflective wall further formed to disperse the radiant energy reflected from the first user treatment area and second user treatment area back to the first user treatment area and second user treatment area; and a frame adapted to support the therapeutic lamp platform on the user and adapted to position the therapeutic lamp platform on the user, the frame positioning the reflective wall towards the first and second user treatment areas and spacing the reflective wall from the first and second user treatment areas, the reflective wall covering a complete nose of the user and the reflective wall spaced from the complete nose of the user to provide ventilation and clearance between the reflective wall and the complete nose of the user. 2. The phototherapy device according to claim 1 , wherein the reflective wall has a concave parabolic bias and a malleable rigidity to further communicate the radiant energy to the first and second user treatment areas. 3. The phototherapy device according to claim 1 , wherein the wearable therapeutic lamp platform is a mask. 4. The phototherapy device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a controller configured to operate the therapeutic lamp platform to provide one or both of the first treatment session and second treatment session which is selected by the user. 5. The phototherapy device according to claim 1 , wherein the first treatment session is an acne treatment and the second treatment session is an anti-aging treatment session. 6. The phototherapy device according to claim 1 , wherein the first treatment session and the second treatment session are performed simultaneously. 7. The phototherapy device according to claim 1 , wherein the first treatment session and the second treatment session are sequentially performed. 8. The phototherapy device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of radiant lamps are multi-wavelength LEDs. 9. The phototherapy device according to claim 1 , wherein the wearable therapeutic lamp platform includes a first radiant lamp layout associated with the first radiant energy treatment session, and a second radiant lamp layout associated with the second radiant energy treatment session. 10. The phototherapy device according to claim 9 , wherein the first radiant lamp layout includes radiant lamps aligned with one or more user facial features associated with a T-zone and jawline of the user. 11. A phototherapy device comprising: a wearable therapeutic lamp platform including a plurality of radiant lamps configured to emit radiant energy at three or more wavelengths, and a reflective wall including a plurality of radiant energy communication areas aligned with the radiant lamps and disposed to communicate the radiant energy through all or part of the plurality of radiant energy communication areas to a first user treatment area and a second user treatment area associated with a user's facial region, the plurality of radiant lamps completely recessed from an external reflective surface of the reflective wall which is directed towards the first and second user treatment areas, and the plurality of radiant lamps further disposed to provide a first radiant therapy treatment session emitting radiant energy at a first set of two or more wavelengths to the first user treatment area, and a second treatment session emitting radiant energy at a second set of two or more wavelengths distinct from the first set of two or more wavelengths, and the reflective wall further formed to disperse the radiant energy reflected from the first user treatment area and second user treatment area back to the first user treatment area and second user treatment area; a frame adapted to support the therapeutic lamp platform on the user and adapted to position the therapeutic lamp platform on the user, the frame positioning the reflective wall towards the first and second user treatment areas and spacing the reflective wall from the first and second user treatment areas, the reflective wall covering a complete nose of the user and the reflective wall spaced from the complete nose of the user to provide ventilation and clearance between the reflective wall and the complete nose of the user, and a controller operatively associated with the wearable therapeutic lamp platform, and the controller operating the plurality of radiant lamps to provide the first treatment session emitting radiant energy at the first set of two or more wavelengths, and the second treatment session emitting radiant energy at the second set of two or more wavelengths. 12. The phototherapy device according to claim 11 , wherein the wearable therapeutic lamp platform is a mask. 13. The phototherapy device according to claim 12 , wherein the first treatment session is an acne treatment session and the second treatment session is an anti-aging treatment session. 14. The phototherapy device according to claim 12 , wherein the first treatment session and the second treatment session are performed simultaneously. 15. The phototherapy device according to claim 12 , wherein the first treatment session and the second treatment session are sequentially performed. 16. The phototherapy device according to claim 12 , wherein the plurality of radiant lamps are multi-wavelength LEDs and the controller is configured to control each LED to radiate one of a plurality of LED wavelengths of energy. 17. The phototherapy device according to claim 12 , wherein the controller processes a digital image of one or both of the first and second user treatment areas and the controller is configured to control one or more of the plurality of radiant lamps based on the digital image to perform one or both of the first treatment session and the second treatment session. 18.
