What is claimed is: 1. A timepiece comprising: a case; a dial that is disposed within the case; a movement that is disposed within the case, the movement having a plurality of motors; an antenna that is disposed within the case and includes a dielectric body and conductive antenna part disposed on the dielectric body; and a battery that is disposed within the case, the battery supplying power to the plurality of motors, wherein the plurality of motors, the antenna, and the battery are laterally shifted from each other in a plan view so that plurality of motors, the antenna, and the battery are spaced apart from each other in the plan view, and wherein the plurality of motors, antenna, and battery overlap with the dial in the plan view. 2. The timepiece according to claim 1 , wherein the dielectric body of the antenna is ceramic. 3. The timepiece according to claim 1 , further comprising: a receiver that is disposed on a circuit board and that processes a signal received by the antenna, wherein the antenna is disposed on an antenna substrate that is separate from the circuit board. 4. The timepiece according to claim 1 , further comprising: a circuit board, wherein the battery is disposed at a space where the circuit board is not disposed in the plan view, and the battery and the circuit board overlap in a lateral view. 5. The timepiece claim 1 , wherein the antenna is disposed at a back side of the dial. 6. The timepiece according to claim 1 , wherein the case is made of one of SUS and titanium alloy. 7. The timepiece according to claim 1 , wherein the dial is made of polycarbonate. 8. The timepiece according to claim 1 , further comprising: a ceramic bezel; and a crystal disposed within an inside circumference of the bezel. 9. The timepiece according to claim 1 , further comprising: a back cover that is attached to a first side of the case; a bezel that is attached to a second side, which is opposite to the first side, of the case; and a crystal cover that is attached to an inside circumference side of the bezel, wherein the back cover is made of a conductive material, and the bezel is made from a nonconductive material, the plurality of motors, the antenna, and the battery are enclosed in an inner space formed by the case, the back cover, the bezel, and the crystal cover. 10. The timepiece according to claim 9 , wherein the dial is located closer to the antenna than the crystal cover. 11. The timepiece according to claim 1 , wherein the dial has first and second time display units, and each of the plurality of motors, the antenna, and the battery overlaps at least one of the first and second time display units in the plan view. 12. The timepiece according to claim 11 , wherein the antenna partially overlaps with both the first and second time display units in the plan view. 13. The timepiece according to claim 1 , wherein the antenna includes a dielectric and a conductive antenna feed formed on the dielectric. 14. The timepiece according to claim 1 , wherein the antenna is configured to receive a circularly polarized signal transmitted from a positioning information satellite. 15. The timepiece according to claim 1 , further comprising: a circuit board, wherein the antenna is disposed on an antenna substrate which is separated from the circuit board. 16. The timepiece according to claim 1 , further comprising: a solar panel; wherein the solar panel has a space at a position overlapping the antenna in the plan view.
