What is claimed is: 1. An accessory for use with an oscillating power tool comprising: an attachment plate; and a raised rim extending from the attachment plate, the raised rim having a central recess, a keyed sidewall with a star shape configured to be engaged by a first mating geometry of an oscillating power tool, and a top wall that includes a receiving portion having a plurality of recesses configured to be engaged by a second mating geometry of an oscillating power tool, the central recess not in communication with any of the plurality of recesses, wherein the accessory is adapted to facilitate tool-free attachment of a working tool to the oscillating power tool via a clamp assembly having a first clamp member moveable relative to a second clamp member without use of a secondary tool. 2. The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of recesses comprises a plurality of radially elongated recesses. 3. The accessory of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of radially elongated recesses comprise a plurality of oval recesses. 4. The accessory of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of radially elongated recesses comprise at least two equiangularly spaced recesses. 5. The accessory of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of radially elongated recesses comprise twelve equiangularly spaced recesses spaced apart from the central recess and from the sidewall. 6. The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the raised rim extends around an entire circumference of the central recess. 7. The accessory of claim 1 , wherein the star shape comprises a twelve point star. 8. The accessory of claim 7 , wherein the plurality of recesses includes a plurality of radially elongated recesses formed thereon configured to be engaged by a second mating geometry of an oscillating power tool. 9. The accessory of claim 8 , wherein each radially elongated recess is radially aligned with an outer point of the twelve point star. 10. The accessory of claim 1 , further comprising a blade portion coupled to the attachment plate. 11. An accessory for use with an oscillating power tool comprising: an attachment portion including a central opening, a first planar surface, a second planar surface generally parallel with the first planar surface, and a keyed sidewall configured to be engaged by a first mating geometry of an oscillating power tool, and a receiving portion including a plurality of recesses configured to be engaged by a second mating geometry of an oscillating power tool, the central opening not in communication with any of the plurality of recesses, wherein the keyed sidewall extends at least partially circumferentially around the central opening and between the first planar surface and the second planar surface, transverse to the first planar surface and the second planar surface, with the first planar surface extending radially inward from the sidewall and the second planar surface extending radially outward from the sidewall, and wherein the keyed sidewall comprises a plurality of V-shaped wall portions, each V-shaped wall portion composed of a pair of wall portions that converge as they extend outward from the central opening, wherein the accessory is adapted to facilitate tool-free attachment of a working tool to the oscillating power tool via a clamp assembly having a first clamp member moveable relative to a second clamp member without use of a secondary tool. 12. The accessory of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of recesses comprises a plurality of radially elongated recesses. 13. The accessory of claim 12 , wherein the plurality of radially elongated recesses comprise a plurality of oval recesses. 14. The accessory of claim 12 , wherein the plurality of radially elongated recesses comprise at least two equiangularly spaced recesses. 15. The accessory of claim 12 , wherein the plurality of radially elongated recesses comprises twelve equiangularly spaced recesses spaced apart from the central opening and from the sidewall. 16. The accessory of claim 11 , wherein the sidewall extends around an entire circumference of the central opening. 17. The accessory of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of V-shaped wall portions together define at least a partial star shape. 18. The accessory of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of V-shaped wall portions together define a twelve point star. 19. The accessory of claim 18 , wherein the plurality of recesses includes a plurality of radially elongated recesses spaced from the sidewall. 20. The accessory of claim 19 , wherein each radially elongated recess is radially aligned with an outer point of the twelve point star. 21. The accessory of claim 11 , further comprising a blade portion coupled to the attachment portion. 22. The accessory of claim 11 , wherein the accessory is adapted to facilitate retention of the working tool in the clamp assembly by a spring. 23. The accessory of claim 11 , wherein the accessory is adapted to facilitate retention of the working tool in the clamp assembly independent of a threaded fastener. 24. An accessory for use with an oscillating power tool comprising: an attachment portion having a central opening, a first planar surface, and a raised rim extending from the first planar surface, the raised rim having a keyed sidewall, extending circumferentially around the central opening, and a second planar surface, generally parallel to the first planar surface and including a receiving portion with a plurality of recesses configured to be engaged by a second mating geometry of an oscillating power tool, the central opening not in communication with any of the plurality of recesses; wherein the keyed sidewall has a twelve point star shape configured to be engaged by a first mating geometry of an oscillating power tool, and extends between the first planar surface and the second planar surface, transverse to the first planar surface and the second planar surface, and wherein one of the first planar surface and the second planar surface extends radially inward from the keyed sidewall and the other of the first planar surface and the second planar surface extends radially outward from the keyed sidewall, wherein the accessory is adapted to facilitate tool-free attachment of a working tool to the oscillating power tool via a clamp assembly having a first clamp member moveable relative to a second clamp member without use of a secondary tool. 25. The accessory of claim 24 , wherein the plurality of recesses comprises a plurality of radially elongated recesses. 26. The accessory of claim 25 , wherein the plurality of radially elongated recesses comprise a plurality of oval recesses. 27. The accessory of claim 26 , wherein the plurality of radially elongated recesses comprises twelve equiangularly spaced recesses spaced apart from the central opening and from the sidewall. 28.
