Disclosed herein are methods of formulating cyclosporin A Form 2.

What is claimed is: 1. A method of treating a condition selected from dry eye, blepharitis, meibomian gland disease, impaired corneal sensitivity, allergic conjunctivitis, atopic keratoconjunctivitis, vernal keratoconjunctivitis, and pterygia, the method comprising the step of administering to a patient having such a condition a formulation comprising particles of cyclosporin A form 2 and a vehicle, wherein the average size (d90) of the particles is less than about 10 μm. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the average size of the particles is less than about 1 μm. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the condition is dry eye.
