A display device includes: a substrate; pixels, the pixels each including at least one transistor and a light emitting device connected to the transistor; data lines and scan lines connected to the pixels; and a power line supplying power to the light emitting device. The transistor includes an active pattern on the substrate, source and drain electrodes each connected to the active pattern, a gate electrode on the active pattern, an interlayer insulating layer covering the gate electrode, the interlayer insulating layer including a first interlayer insulating layer, a second interlayer insulating layer, and a third interlayer insulating layer, which are sequentially stacked, and a protective layer provided on the interlayer insulating layer. The third interlayer insulating layer includes a concave part in a region in which the light emitting device and the second conductive layer overlap with each other, and the second conductive layer is in the concave part.

What is claimed is: 1. A display device comprising: a substrate comprising a pixel region and a peripheral region; pixels in the pixel region of the substrate, the pixels comprising at least one transistor and a light emitting device connected to the transistor; data lines and scan lines connected to the pixels; and a power line to supply power to the light emitting device, wherein the transistor comprises an active pattern on the substrate, source and drain electrodes each connected to the active pattern, a gate electrode on the active pattern with a gate insulating layer interposed therebetween, an interlayer insulating layer covering the gate electrode, the interlayer insulating layer comprising a first interlayer insulating layer, a second interlayer insulating layer, and a third interlayer insulating layer, which are sequentially stacked, and a protective layer on the interlayer insulating layer, wherein the power line comprises a first conductive layer parallel to the data line, the first conductive layer on the second interlayer insulating layer, and a second conductive layer connected to the first conductive layer, wherein the light emitting device is on the protective layer, and wherein the third interlayer insulating layer comprises a concave part in a region in which the light emitting device and the second conductive layer overlap with each other, and the second conductive layer is in the concave part. 2. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the protective layer comprises an organic insulating layer. 3. The display device of claim 2 , wherein the third interlayer insulating layer comprises: a first sub-insulating layer comprising an inorganic insulating layer; and a second sub-insulating layer on the first sub-insulating layer, the second sub-insulating layer comprising an organic insulating layer. 4. The display device of claim 3 , wherein the concave part comprises a region in which a portion of the second sub-insulating layer is removed to expose the first sub-insulating layer therethrough. 5. The display device of claim 4 , wherein the second conductive layer is on the first sub-insulating layer. 6. The display device of claim 3 , wherein the concave part comprises a concave region at which a partial thickness of the second sub-insulating layer is removed. 7. The display device of claim 2 , wherein the third interlayer insulating layer comprises an organic insulating layer, and wherein the concave part exposes the first conductive layer therethrough. 8. The display device of claim 7 , wherein, at the concave part, the second conductive layer is in direct contact with the first conductive layer on the first conductive layer. 9. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the second conductive layer comprises: first conductive lines extending in one direction; and second conductive lines crossing the first conductive lines. 10. The display device of claim 9 , wherein each of the pixels further comprises a storage capacitor, wherein the storage capacitor comprises a lower electrode at the same layer as the gate electrode and an upper electrode on the first interlayer insulating layer. 11. The display device of claim 10 , wherein the first conductive lines extend in a direction parallel to one of the data lines and the scan lines. 12. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the protective layer comprises a planarized surface. 13. The display device of claim 12 , wherein, in the protective layer, a thickness of a region corresponding to the concave part is greater than that of the other region. 14. The display device of claim 12 , wherein the light emitting device comprises a first electrode on the protective layer, a second electrode on the first electrode, and an emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. 15. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the data lines are at the same layer as the first conductive layer. 16. A display device comprising: a substrate comprising a pixel region and a peripheral region; pixels in the pixel region of the substrate, the pixels comprising at least one transistor and a light emitting device connected to the transistor; data lines and scan lines connected to the pixels; and a power line to supply power to the light emitting device, wherein the transistor comprises an active pattern on the substrate, source and drain electrodes each connected to the active pattern, a gate electrode on the active pattern with a gate insulating layer interposed therebetween, an interlayer insulating layer covering the gate electrode, the interlayer insulating layer comprising a first interlayer insulating layer, a second interlayer insulating layer, and a third interlayer insulating layer, which are sequentially stacked, and a protective layer on the interlayer insulating layer, wherein the light emitting device comprises a first electrode on the protective layer, a second electrode on the first electrode, and an emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the power line comprises a first conductive layer parallel to the data line, the first conductive layer on the second interlayer insulating layer, and a second conductive layer connected to the first conductive layer, wherein the third interlayer insulating layer comprises a concave part in a region in which the light emitting device and the second conductive layer overlap with each other, and the second conductive layer is in the concave part, and wherein an interface between the protective layer and the first electrode comprises a flat surface. 17. The display device of claim 16 , wherein the protective layer comprises an organic insulating layer. 18. The display device of claim 17 , wherein, in the protective layer, a thickness of a region corresponding to the concave part is greater than that of the other region. 19. The display device of claim 18 , wherein the third interlayer insulating layer comprises: a first sub-insulating layer comprising an inorganic insulating layer; and a second sub-insulating layer on the first sub-insulating layer, the second sub-insulating layer comprising an organic insulating layer. 20. The display device of claim 19 , wherein the concave part is a region in which a portion of the second sub-insulating layer is removed to expose the first sub-insulating layer therethrough, and wherein the second conductive layer is on the first sub-insulating layer. 21. The display device of claim 19 , wherein the concave part comprises a concave region at which a partial thickness of the second sub-insulating layer is removed. 22. The display device of claim 18 , wherein the third interlayer insulating layer comprises an organic insulating layer, wherein the concave part exposes the first conductive layer therethrough, and wherein, at the concave part, the second conductive layer is in direct contact with the first conductive layer on the first conductive layer. 23. The display device of claim 16 , wherein the second conductive layer comprises: first conductive lines extending in one direction; and second conductive lines crossing the first conductive lines. 24. The display device of claim 23 , wherein the first conductive lines extend in a direction parallel to the data lines or extend in a direction parallel to the scan lines.
